"Looked on NexTag for the best price
on a pc case. Ems had the best price and shipping was comparable.
Placed order Tues evening, got email
right away and another email next
morning saying case had been shipped. Received pkg next Tues
morning, which is pretty good considering that UPS doesn't work on weekends and Mon was a holiday.
Their (EMS) prices are higher than
others for other things, but I sure
can't complain about the PC case and the good service. If they get
those other prices comparable to
other outfits, they can expect more
business from me. I can't understand how they can have a lower rating than places like Bunta. Anyway, I'm very pleased!

"Great price on new 17" monitor. Their ground shipping rates were also the most reasonable I could find on-line. What prompted me to leave them positive feedback was how quickly it arrived-2 days after ordering, way faster than I expected. Highly recommended. "

"This company is really good. He respond me so fast. I bought a digital camera from them on May20th and get the confirmation on May21st. Surprisingly, they sent the product to me on May 21st too. At first I didn't buy this product from this company. I bought it from AYELECTRONICS company. But the service over there is really suck. It didn't even want to sell me. So, I changed the company to EMS. I am so satisfied with this company and glad to deal with him. If I can rate, I will rate it him at 5 stars, absolutely."

" EMS did a poor job of communication. But I did
receive my order O.K. When I ordered a server
case their web site said that I would
get a comfirmation email "shortly". It came 4
days later. Nor could I get a UPS tracking
number. Their web site reported that their
tracking service was out of service. The day
the case arrived, day 7, I did finally receive
a UPS tracking number.
If they would have just kept me informed I'd
feel better about dealing with them.

"Got an Antec case at the best price around. It came before they said it would arrive. I will shop here again.

And I will add this. I had to RMA a power supply to Antec. I lost my original receipt from EMS. Their customer service department was nice enough to send me a duplicate within a few days of me submitting my request. Despite the negative comments here, these folks have treated me top dog and I will do business with them in the future.

"They had the best price that I could find for a Canon S820 printer and I received it about 36hours after I placed the order.

Cant get any faster than that since I paid for ground shipping.

"Initially order 1 Samsung 955df monitor, decided to change that order to 2. Called up their customer service, kinda slow. Instead, found a link on their site to talk to a rep online, clicked that and talked to someone there within 5 minutes. Asked them to cancel the order and waive the 5% cancel charge since I would turn around and order twice as much from them (as well as just ordering maybe 15 minutes before that), they said no problem. Ordered the 2 monitors on a Wednesday with $41 Ground UPS shipping, received them the next day at 3 PM. They came from IL, so I would guess that this company is quick on shipping because they must have many locations throughout the US. Still, good service nonetheless. Cheapest price on those monitors on the 'net as well."

"Purchased an Antec Performance Plus 1080B. EMS had the best price available, and was one of only a handful of resellers carrying it. I received e-mail confirmation immediately, and again when my order shipped the next day via USP ground. I received it two days later in perfect condition. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again."

"This company is terrible. I ordered a Sony Clie T615C which was listed in stock for next day delivery. I hear nothing for 3 days, then I get a message by email it is no longer in stock and I will not receive it for 5 days. I was annoyed, but decided to wait, in 5 days I get nothing and no new email. I call them and they tell me I will not get it for "a couple of weeks" unapologetically. I ask to cancel the order and get my Credit Card credited (they were not slow at charging my CC, did that the day I ordered). It has now been 2.5 weeks and 3 phone calls later I still have not been credited. They claim they are backlogged at the crediting department. I had to call me credit card company and file a dispute to avoid paying for the item. A real POS company."

"I placed an order on March 26 and it was supposed to be shipped after 3-5 business days. Today is April 7. The funny thing was that it said "after" not the usual "within". I went ahead and ordered anyway. On the fifth and sixth days I emailed them; they did not answer. After "7" business days I called them and they told me it was scheduled to be shipped out that day. It was not.. Next business day, they still did not know when it was to be shipped. I canceled. I am not going to buy from these guys again."

"Ordered an Antec 1-40 Case on a Saturday and received it UPS Ground on the next Wednesday. Case and extra fans arrived in excellent shape in new retail packaging. Received confirmation of order on day of order, but did not receive notification of shipping. With their rapid response, I can live with that one omission. Would use this vendor again."
