"I have had two great experiences with this company and two terrible ones. When they are one or the other you will notice that the differences are like night and day. I ordered two Antec SX1030B's from this company, one last year and another one this year. They were both shipped via UPS Ground and the arrived the next day because one of their warehouses is located in New Jersey and I live in New York.
Now for the bad. I ordered an Antec SX600 case and even though it was in stock, it lasted more than a week to arrive. I called them up and they told me that it was actually out of stock. I forgave them for that and proceded to order a something else. This new merchandise was ordered on June 20, 2002. It has been more than a week and it still has not shipped. I have emailed them constantly, but they say the same thing about a possible UPS strike and a switch to FedEx. They also told me that the reason why they don't answer the phones is because their system got messed up by a lightning strike. I mean, this is freaking ridiculus. And to ad insult to injury, every time I email them, they give me a possible mailing date one day after the last one. I have emailed them every day once and they just keep on postponing the mailing date and keep on saying the same reasons. Come on people and ship the orders."

I ordered, I got the "tracking is down" run around mentioned here. Eventually they let me know that they hadn't even shipped my order.
I was shipping to my parents, and had done a temporary change of address on my credit card so that it would verify, but it took them so long to actually try to charge my card that by then, I had changed my address back. They haven't responded to my cancellation yet, but if they try to charge me at this point, I'm sure things will get even more interesting (since I've just placed the order again at Newegg, like I should have in the first place)."
"Here's my story. I will try to keep it short and to the point. You be the judge and make your own opinions.
6/15/02 - Order was placed online. Immediately got a confirmation email saying the order was placed.
6/19/02 - Order still not processed/shipped. Sent email asking about status and no response. Their tracking system is "temporarily out of order"
6/22/02 - Still not shipped. Still no response. Another email is sent. Hours later get an email message notifying me that due to expected USP contract dispute, order will be rerouted to Fedex. Order to be shipped 6/24/02.
6/24/02 - Order still not shipped. Tracking system still "temporarily out of order".
6/25/02 - Order still not shipped. No email notifying me of the problem. Tracking system is up but the tracking number for my order is "Not Available". Sent email requesting that my order be cancelled. Hours later, receive email notifying me that the order was cancelled.
I thought I could save $8 over other reputable vendors but it cost me 10 days of frustration. Their blame on UPS was too simple and too easy of a way to use UPS as the scapegoat. My order would have been shipped and arrived at my door well before the UPS contract was to expire. I will never do business with this vendor again. There are plenty of other vendors out there who has more respect for their customers. The best part about this place was the fact that their order cancellation confirmation email was very quick, which is pretty sad.

"I ordered from this company on 6/20 and recieved the automated e-mail confirming my order. After a while, I recieved no tracking number. I then e-mailed them about the status of my order and they promptly returned my e-mail stating that due to technical difficulties, they could not ship out my order as soon as they had hoped. They then told me that my order will ship no later than Monday which isn't too bad even if it will be a week late.
Their prices are low although shipping is high but overall the total cost is less than other sellers (i.e. Newegg.com). If you can bear the wait for your parts then this company is okay and hopefully their problems will be solved soon, but if you want expedient service and higher prices definately go for Newegg.com."
"I saw that their prices were very low so I decided to purchase from them. I placed my order a week ago and it still has not been shipped! I asked what the delay was and they told me that they were changing shipping carriers. I tried to contact them again and they told me that what they had previously told me was not true and that the cause of the delay was because "we are experiencing technical issues on our back end." Why was I told a lie?
I had ordered products for a customer of mine which is becoming very impatient. I have asked for some sort of compensation because of this delay, they simply will not return my emails. I have had to offer my customer a discount to save face.

"SECOND HAND MERCHANDISE - OPENED BOXES - MISSING ITEMS/DEFFECTIVE ITEM. I ordered two adaptor kits from this company - the boxes had been opened - the coupler was missing from the one box & the other coupler was deffective in the other box. I have requested a return authorization multiple times by email - you only get an answering machine at their customer service phone number & although i left a message, no one returned my phone call. IT IS NOW JUNE 24TH & I AM STILL STUCK WITH TWO NON-FUNCTIONING ADAPTERS - and no one has contacted me to give me authorization to return the items. I WILL BE FIGHTING THE CHARGES THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY!!!!! HUGE BEWARE TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Ordered a router, their web site show they had 20,000+ units available for sale, on Monday 6/17/02 & received email confirmation of the order the same day. On 6/20, I sent them email requesting a tracking number since their web site said that tracking was not available. Received an answer the same day stating that they were getting ready for UPS strike but they would ship the following day-Friday. On Monday I emailed them again and they said they still had not shipped because of the pending UPS strike. I also tried to call them on Monday but got the standard voice mail run around, all customers service reps were busy please call again or send email. At this point, I sent them an email canceling my order, which they acknowledged with a return email. I would not order from this company again. As to the UPS strike they were talking about, I checked and from what I read the UPS contract expires at the end of July. Surely an order shipped in the 3rd week of June would not be affected by a potential labor dispute at the end of July, a good six weeks after I placed my order. I ordered the same router on June 24 from Outpost.com and received an email confirmation today June 25 that it has been shipped. "
"The worst company to deal with. Received a rubber stamp instead of the USR WiFi PC card for my notebook computer. After notifying them thru email, they got back with an RMA a WEEK later. No apologies, and on their online "Live Person" chat, an operator named Zane told me I ship the item back at my own expense (the alternative being I have to wait at home for UPS to pick-up, on a 5-7 day windows, what am I a homebuddy?) and that they would refund only cost of item, meaning I also eat their shipping charges. They shipped the wrong item (a rubber stamp), didn't apologize, hung up on me at the live chat, wasted my time, and I have to eat the roundtrip shipping charges. And I wonder how they got certified as an online reseller. Definitely will recommend to everyone not to do business with this kind of "numb, uncaring, rude, and unapologetic" company."
