"I had been interested in the new TVs for some time, but wasn't actively shopping. Then one day, my eight-year-old 59" Epson projection TV died. I would have had it repaired, but it was too far gone. I started looking for a new TV to replace it. After much online research, I decided on a 2012 55" Panasonic model. I shopped around at local electronic retailers, but none of them carried the 2012 Panasonic TVs yet. I found a couple of online vendors, but their pricing was high, as one might expect for the latest model. I continued to search the internet, and came across a vendor named East Coast TVs. I was unfamiliar with that company. I went to their web site and found the Panasonic model that I was looking for. To my amazement, their price was over $200.00 less expensive that any of the other vendors that I had checked. I am an experienced online shopper, so I was initially very cautious. I checked out East Coast TV every way that I could, including through the Better Business Bureau and numerous testimonials. Everything checked out. I didn't want to place this first order online, so I called and placed it by telephone. The staff were polite and knowledgeable. They confirmed the price and other information that I had seen on their web site. I had a choice of shipping methods, and pricing. I elected to take the least expensive shipping mode ($39.00), placed the order, and crossed my fingers. The TV arrived exactly on the day that was promised. Two delivery men delivered the TV. They brought it into the house, unpacked it, and connected it to the power to make sure that worked. I finished installing the TV, and it has worked great ever since. The service provided by East Coast TVs was on par with the best service that I have received from other top rank online vendors. The only difference is that with East Coast TVs, I saved a lot of money. I will purchase from them again. Thanks East Coast TVs!

"I bought a 46" Samsung 7 series led TV. I am extremely happy with the product.
I was a bit skeptical for buying a TV from a relatively unknown website. Fortunately for me i decided to go with East Coast. You wont find a better price anywhere on the web. The transaction of purchasing the TV from East Coast didnt go very smoothly due to my debit card having an old address on record. East Coast handled it like a champ. the same day i received a phone call (not an E-mail) telling me my card was declined. They worked with me and my bank to figure out why this happened. They did convince me to upgrade my extended warranty to in home service for an additional $99 (apposed to having to send the TV to a repair facility). in addition, they upgraded my shipping option for free, approximately a $99 value. to top it all off, i received my TV 2 days early in California.
This was my first time buying a TV online. i would not hesitate to buy from again or refer my friends to East Coast.

"I found a significantly lower price here on the LG refrigerator I planned to purchase. The difference in price was so great that it appeared almost too good to be true. I called East Coast prior to purchasing to help determine if the company and web site were legitimate. I'm glad that I did. I made the purchase and saved hundreds of dollars over the prices offered by competing online vendors and big box retailers. The free shipping and no sales tax were a plus on top of the already lower price.
Delivery went smoothly although East Coast tracking tools are in need of improvement. East Coast is aware of this deficiency and is currently working on a new tracking system for its customers.
The appliance arrived on time in excellent condition. The delivery men removed and replaced my front door to avoid scratching the appliance's stainless steel surface. The men were truly surprised by my giving them a gratuity for what I considered to be service beyond the call of duty.
I plan to make purchases from East Coast again even if they can't offer the absolute lowest price on an item. I believe there is added value due to the company's fine service.
I am pleased to have the opportunity to praise its business and to recommend them wholeheartedly to potential customers.

"Delivery promised in 4 days, 9 days later, no TV. Had to call several times. Representative never called to update as he assured me he would. Always very long wait on phone. Eventually canceled order. Would not recommend this company. Would rather pay a little more for good service!"

"I purchased a 47inch LG TV from East Coast TV. The price was very good. The TV shipped very quickly and was delivered 2 days later. It was "double boxed" and arrived in perfect condition.

All in all a very good experience.

"Flawless experience, fast shipping, great customer service (received several personal calls from cs representatives to follow up/answer questions). Overall, a very nice small business feel and most likely the lowest price out there on our Samsung SmartTV (compared to over 12 websites and 6 tech chain stores).
I will be buying from East Coast Tvs again and will continue to recommend them to friends and family!

"WATCHOUT!!! Where to begin on this one. Bought an 80 ". First, the salesman tells me what an awesome TV this is, cause he had the same one at his house, then endeavors to upsell shipping because UPS will take 3 weeks, telling me what a great deal this is cause he is only making $22. So i get a 3 year extended warranty "for free" in exchange for paying for white glove delivery. and then they send me a 2 year warranty. Many phone calls later finally got what i was promised. What a headache, its worth paying a little more not to have to deal with these guys, "

"Incredibly fantastic transaction! They were responsive to all my emails within a day or so (sometimes even in minutes) regarding questions I had. I did my research WELL in advance (60" Samsung ... I initially started out wanting a 46" Sony but after about 5 years, I realized I was selling myself short :P) so there were some things I wanted clarification on. I read the reviews here completely, especially the negative ones.
I was contacted by Tony the same day I placed the order asking if I wanted it shipped faster or white-glove. I said it was ok as I was in no rush. He was cordial and friendly and accepted my answer.
They sent me emails indicating its travel situation and the carrier that was shipping it. I verified there was no additional shipping charge.
The shipper was exceptional (AMTrucking is excellent) and the shippers delivered it into my office space so I could check it out where the ground wasn't wet from a storm 30 minutes prior. They were cordial and friendly. The call center at AMTrucking was also fantastic and let me know where the truck was when I called and then allowed me to change my contact number in the middle of the shipment.
Absolutely will do business with EastCoast TV again.
For those with negative reviews, if you want an item shipped to you immediately and you get grumpy because they don't instantly respond, go to BB and buy it off the shelf. If you want to buy something inexpensively, cut the dealer some slack and be patient. It is apparent to me that good things come to those who wait!

"Great TV at an awesome price. I saved hundreds of dollars, getting a price imp[ossible to find locally. Although I was leery dealing with an unknown, I took the jump because of the protections provided with a credit card sale. BUT, such precautions turned out to be unnecessary. These guys provided the best in customer service, calling immediately upon my submitting the order to find out how they could best serve me. They were also available to answer questions I had before and after delivery. Although the box showed some rough handling in transit via FedEx, the additional box and bubble pack added to Samsung's carton protected the TV. It worked perfectly!
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS AND WILL BE REFERRING MY FRIENDS WHO WON'T BE ABLE TO RESIST AFTER SEEING MY SUPERB HD PIC.

"I purchased a Sony TV XBR55HX929 online. A few minutes after they called me to let me know that it was not free shipping like the web site said. Then after that they added insurance fee. The guys who delivered it almost broke several things getting in the house. I love the TV it's perfect. After talking to Tony he led me to believe he was going to refund part of my money to make me happy & change my review. I did my part but he didn't refund anything. So my review changed back and will stand as is. I will never do business with them again. "
