Ordered a LG 65" 6200 Series LED HDTV - 65LM6200 and did the direct deposit into East Coast TVs account and got 2% off my order. Called the next day to confirm payment was received was sent over to a super nice lady by the name of Ola Khalil, she was very friendly and helpful in tracking my order. I spoke with Ola a couple of times during this transaction and every time she was a pleasure to work with...needless to say the TV showed up a couple of weeks after I ordered it. The box it came in was in perfect condition and the delivery guys took it out of the box and tested it to insure that it worked. I received a call confirming my order and coordinating the shipping arrangement, which included complimentary white glove delivery service. TV shipped out the next day and was at my house in less than a week. White glove delivery guys unpacked the TV and made sure it was working properly before leaving. Overall, a great value (lowest price I could find online) and great customer service. Would definitely order from East Coast again."

"Ordered a Panasonic Plasma late Saturday night online. Got a voicemail on Sunday from East Coast asking me to call them back. Called back and was explained about the "PAYCHECK" coupon code...how you have to mail in a check to get the discount. Decided to just charge the purchase. Turned down the White Glove delivery option, in turn I was told I would receive my TV in 10 business days. Got shipment notification and tracking via email on Friday...I immediately called the shipping company. I was told they were picking it up Monday and it would arrive by Wednesday. Since I didn't recieve a call about a delivery time I called back on Wednesday, was told it would be delivered on Friday. Got a call from the delivery company the next day and the TV was delivered Friday as promised (Exactly 10 business days from order)."

I ordered, waited anxiously for the approval of my credit card and shipping the product to my U.S. address, and my order was simply DELETED, i do not see it in my account, and the company even notified me about any problem in my purchase. "Be sure you call to confirm your order! I received my order confirmation email and called a week later to check on tracking, and found out that it hadn't been processed at all because I used a coupon code that was invalid. Instead of contacting me or removing the discount, they just let it sit there until I called, and then spoke rudely to me about how I should have known better."
"I placed order Monday for $2,000 TV and didn't hear from anyone until Thursday when they were trying to sell me premium shipping. After 4 day wait to process order Sandy hit, then after Sandy order was lost, then "white glove" shipping still has order. It's been 35 days since my initial order and still no TV although they have charged my CC account. I put email address in incorrectly but no email verification on order. Everytime I called to try to find out where order was, the associate was very short with me and when I asked about why I didn't get email notification of order they all ignored me. Wasn't until manager took over order did I find out about email and his "white glove" service offer for delays has added another 2 weeks to delivery. I lot of excuses and Sandy or not, a very poor showing. My expectation for getting TV 7-10 days after the order has turned into 39 days. The $100 I saved over a big box store or anyone else was not worth the aggrevation. "
