"I live in Canada so shipping is too much for me to order online. I was looking to see colour options in a jacket I already bought but might return (because of the colour), and to see if other colours in my size were available at other stores. I would have liked an online colour that is NOT available in any of the stores I can find, but again, the shipping costs are too much. I called the stores rather than did the availability online because I wanted a colour held for me if possible. One thing that would have helped me would have been to be able to see the colour code of the item. They have the item number but the colour part of it never changed even when I selected different colours. Luckily, when I call stores, I can ask for the colour by name, but I wonder how that affects an online search for find in store availability. Oh yes...also - it would be handy to state whether the temperature ranges for jackets are in centigrade or farenheit (not that I can't figure it out!)."

If I had my total preference, I would like to see every color on a model (I was looking at 1/4 zip fleece jackets for men) and not just laid flat. Navigating through the website was great but I just had some trouble checking out. It said my number didn't match a Visa card and when I double checked and pushed enter again it said my shopping cart now had 0 items in it."
