"ehealthinsurance.com website was ok, a bit confusing that every time I tried to get a quote it was filling out an application. The provider HCC Life Insurance Company is not the best. Their website has problems with displaying wrong certificate numbers and not being clear about entering a certificate number instead of a userid. Plus the phone representatives don't give consistent information, one will tell you to email for an id card, email address change or other requests and another will tell you a different email address. I've requested a laminated ID card at least 3 times and still don't have it. I didn't see where to rate the actual insurance company options so that is why I'm entering it here."
