"Hi, I loved the service of English Tea Store (quick mailing) but was very disappointed at the quality of the tea (Mim Estate). I have been drinking Darjeeling tea since I was a kid and know a good tea from an ordinary one; this tea had no flavor at all. I was thinking of returning it but since I opened the package, I did not do so. Do you think this batch of tea had problem in particular?
I would like to order some other variety to try in case you offer me free shipping for my next order.

"Package arrived in timely manner. Complaint: dark chocolate biscuits were stuck together so rather than individual biscuits, I had two solid rolls of biscuits. Tried breaking them into separate biscuits and got crumbs. Threw out one package and ate part of other package as crumbs. Taste was OK, but eating crumbs with a spoon was not what I envisioned when I ordered biscuits for tea."

"I ordered the ice cream bowls. They had the word Ice Cream imprinted on them and some of the writing on the bowls were very faded and one bowl was soiled. Since they were discontinued and very inexpensive I am making the best of it. I also ordered some honey sticks and most of the packages were dusty and needed wiping off. And in one package two of the sticks were punctured and leaked. But the leakage was contained in the package. But over all I have been pleased with the customer service and all of the other products I have ordered and will order again."

"I love the Darjeeling (Margaret's Estate Loose-leaf) Tea sold by English Tea Store. This last batch just happened to have lost
its scent and flavor. It has always been excellent, so that was disappointing, but they are replacing that batch- hopefully it will
be better!
Also, I bought peach roobois loose-leaf and it was excellent as usual. So that was great & consistent with my experience with English Tea Store products."

"I received my order super fast! Shopping and checkout is easy. The tea is fabulous. I purchased the English Tea Store double Bergamot Earl Grey and the PG Tips teas. The double Bergamot is the best Earl Grey I've ever tasted. The PG Tips tea is the best regular tea I've tasted. The McVities biscuits are delicious and fantastic for dipping in the tea. I won't be going back to the grocery store for my tea anymore!"

"I am excited by my purchase of a six cup tea pot, creamer and sugar with a "forget-me-not" pattern, from the English Tea Store, so much so that I plan to order another complete set for my nephew and his bride as a shower present. The bride is from Ireland and will love it. Did you know that the "forget-me-not" flower has significance to the Masons in WWII Germany?
