"I am very dissatisfied. I didn't get the tea cup strainers I ordered. Got the cheaper long handled ones. Never dreamed I had gotten the wrong ones. I had thrown all the paper work away to return them. Will never buy anything from you guys again "

"Great service. Pleasantly speedy shipping! Great tea, including the store brand stuff. Accurate descriptions on the site allowed me to receive pretty much what I expected in the tea's I ordered that I had never previously tried. Helpful reviews by other customers.
(I will say I could've done with less emails reminding me to leave this review, which I'd have left when I had time - now, regardless. But I won't count it against you.)
