"I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered 25 count bags of I think 6 different teas. I did not receive the Irish Breakfast I ordered, and for one of the teas I got a 50 count bag. I emailed back about the discrepancy, and I got a separate shipment of Irish Breakfast Tea a few days later. But there is some kind of breakdown between what I order on the website and the place that actually ships the tea."

"The chocolate arrived crushed! That was disappointing. I did order other chocolate from a different company and it arrived on the same day-all in one piece, so it is possible to package it more carefully. The selection of Easter confectionery wasn't great, there was no dark chocolate at all. Website was easy to navigate and purchasing was simple."
