"Teas are very fairly priced. Most of the ones I ordered were fantastic, a few of them were just ok (like the white tea with lemon). Their products are also great and very reasonably priced. My only complaint is that the shipping is very overpriced. To ship 8oz of tea to New York using ground shipping the cost was over $10. The company must be making money off the shipping prices seeing as the company is located in PA, but otherwise their products are great. "

I don't know if this was packed wrong or the box just got tossed around by the shipper. Putting a " THIS END UP " arrow on the box would be a good idea.
