"I was over joyed to find the web site and completely thrilled at all of the selections. Ordering was so simple, I was able to find everything that I thought of and quite a few items that I had not and yet needed. I then knew exactly when my order would arrive at my home because of access to shipping information. Nothing, nothing compares to the "over-the-moon" feeling I experienced having my order at my door, and finding everything true to the pictures I found on the your site. I absolutely will utilize your site first for all of my teas, supplies and trinkets. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! My afternoon tea party will be a smash because of you."

"I am starting a new gift basket business and your store was the first purchase I made. I was very satisfied. The only comment I had was that one of the cups from the "for one" tea pot was discolored. It was on clearance. It would be good if you were to say to all of your customers that had purchased goods know what kind of "damage" it has. On some of the teapots you did say what was damaged, but not all of them. I will be ordering again. Thank you, Linda Garcia

"They were out of the tea that I ordered, yet that was not represented on their site. I asked if the other teas in my order can be mailed while I wait for the out of stock tea. They offered and agreed to the shipment of the in stock tea. English tea store never mailed the tea they had in stock and instead opted to hold my order up until the out of stock tea became availble. Over two weeks. How cheap can you be? I have been a customer of theirs for years, but will have to rethink my options for the next time. Their prices keep going up but the service gets worse !!!"

We have contacted you by phone and email within 24 hours of order placement and offered the option to wait or substitute with another item. As discussed over the phone Friday afternoon, you agreed to partial ship the order. On Monday morning, the backordered item has filled and your complete order was shipped. We apologize for the inconvenience as the shipping carriers do not pick up orders on the weekend. We would like to speak with you regarding your order. "While ordering my current order, I just clicked on the live chat. I was not going to say anything about my previous order when my double devon cream was sour, even though it wasn't beyond the expiration date. My marmalade came unsealed as well. But when mentioning it to the customer service rep on the chat, she immediately refilled those products. It made me so thrilled to have such a proactive rep that I ended up ordering twice as much stuff as I planned. Your customer service is outstanding!! This isn't the first time I've dealt with the service department and I'm always pleasantly amazed! Thanks!"
