We negotiated the price for an item that was priced above the average price. There was a problem with a delivery from one of their suppliers so to get the system to me in a timely fashion they bumped up the shipping to compensate. There was a shipping problem with only one piece arriving on the day I was off but they were also able to re-route the balance to my workplace since I would not be off on the day it was to be delivered. There was one item DOA when received but it was most likely disconnected during shipping and I reconnected it myself. Todd showed a genuine concern in the problem when I e-mailed him to discuss the problem. I am not a computer wiz at all, but was able to build it with the components that I chose - as opposed to settling for a bundle from a larger operation. The customer service alone is worth it. My story is not much different from others who've had a wonderful experience with Envision. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing a PC from Envision Computer Solutions.

I needed a computer primarily to digitize and edit video projects. I had already decided on the video editing software I wanted to use, all I needed was a computer that would maximize the editing software's features. I also wanted to network my new computer with an older one in my home and run a racing sim (game) that I compete with online.

I needed speed, dual hard drives, a gig of memory, DVD player and burner. I knew it was going to be a fairly costly aquisition and I was okay with that...I just wanted it to be carefully built with rock solid performance.

I placed my order online with Envision's online form. I received a very friendly and professional response explaining I didn't need to purchase the LAN card I ordered as my motherboard came equipped with one. I also received a discount I was unaware I was eligible for during a special promotional period (Superbowl).

Simply put Todd Keller is unmatched in customer service. He exchanged several emails and phone calls with me throughout the order and build process and always made me feel at ease with a purchase that for me is a major one. I wish I could say that everything went without incident but I can't. What I can say is that Todd made sure I ended up with the computer I dreamed of.

When I received my computer it would crash intermittenly. I tried everything I could think of until eventually calling Todd and working with him via phone to try to identify any obvious issues. He didn't want me to send it back right away because he felt if it was something small, like a bad stick of RAM, he could just send a new one and I could be on my way. We tried everything...including reformatting the main Hard Drive...which I had never done before, but with Todd's help I got through it quite easily. Eventually we had to throw in the towel and I sent the machine back to envision. After trying everything in the book (I told Todd to keep the machine as long as he needed to get it working stable) they finally found the problem after replacing virtually everything. The problem was a bad Pentium chip which apparently is very rare and of course ABSOLUTELY NO FAULT OF ENVISION. After finding the problem Todd rushed my computer back to me and I have had no problems since. The worst of the situation is that I was without my new computer for a couple of weeks.

Despite this small setback I fully endorse Envision, and if anything this situation only further proved to me the wonderful customer support offered by Envision.

I just returned from my parents' 50th wedding anniversary party where I was able to display a video retrospective of thier life together, created on the computer that I'd hoped for...built by and purchased from Envision Computer Solutions, Inc. My next computer will be purchased from Envision.

"Envision did an A++ job on assembly of my chosen system, the insides were nice and clean and all cables very nicely bundled and routed. I was extremely impressed with their quality of assembly, which was free. Computer hardware is just that, you get what you want. Choosing quality components for your system goes a long way. I have had no problems at all with any of the components, so no comment on customer or warranty service. Although the price per component was not the cheapest, but very close, of all online vendors, the convenience of one stop shopping and free assembly more than made up for it.

Service has been above and beyond the call of duty and the level of customization and suggestions for customization to make a reasonably priced computer with quality components that EXACTLY meets your needs, is phenomenal. After buying Dells for friends and myself for a number of years, I now feel their service and quality is slipping. But the options looked middling to poor.
