"Great company to deal with. Great knowledge and product. Willing and able to solve any problems that come up!!! A++++"
"Ordered a barebones (P4 2.8Ghz with the works) from them over the new years holiday. Received my order promptly and it works great out of the box. Great service throughout, I will do business with them again"
"We ordered 6 systems from Envisions and have had no problems with any of them. The pricing was excellent and the components were all very good quality. (Asus motherboard, Viewsonic monitor) We will be ordering more systems from them in the future."
"I upgraded my memory on the machine that Envision built for me. They gave me their usual excellent service. This company has the best customer service I've ever received. I would recommend them to anyone."
"Service after the sale is the most important aspect of purchasing a computer - in my opinion. These guys deliver. The service tech showed infinite patience with my lack of knowledge, spent a lot of time working with me on a crashed system (Win XP crashed), and produced a satisfactory result - I'm back in business. I won't hesitate for a minute to purchase from this company again."
"Knowledgeable on the phone, delivered as promised, excellent quality for the money (bought a workstation for network)"
"There's little I can say about Envision Computer that hasn't been said before, but, don't be discouraged by the slightly higher prices, great customer service is something you don't find everyday around the corner, and sometimes, when you pay cheap, you end up paying twice."
"I was looking for a new AMD system to run Linux on, and Envision was perfect. I wanted to leave the OS unloaded, and Todd was fine with that, and still agreed to provide support (for the machine, not my OS of course). Both Mandrake Linux 8.2 and Red Hat Linux 7.3 ran perfect on Todd's PC right out of the box. I was able to choose a nice, reliable video card (Matrox) whose drivers I can depend on, and I've been very happy with it. Todd gave me a lot of help even before my purchase, answering my naive hardware questions thoughtfully. It was packed and shipped carefully, and it was still pretty easy to remove the packing materials and get it hooked up and running.
It would have been pretty easy for me to end up feeling stuck with something I didn't want - going with Envision CS totally avoided that."
"Easy to work with and friendly, knowledgeable regarding products, delivery is very quick."
"Have purchased 2 systems from ECS this year. Everything I could ask for in a supplier."
"I ordered an 80GB Maxtor drive from them since it was cheap. Got the drive in a week later and to my surprise, it was part of Maxtor's newer DiamondMax9 line. It came well protected and I had no issues with either tracking the shipment or the order process. A great experience."
"Great as usual, fast shipping, great customer service, thanks Todd."
"These guys are the BEST!!!!! I bought a system from them a yesr and a half ago. The mother board went belly up on me a couple weeks ago so i called Todd and in less than 24 hrs. had a new MB in hand. Dont even bother looking anywhere else, you wont find better service!! "
"After purchasing one of Envisions pre-configured specials, I am very happy with my purchase. What appeals to me most is the fact that I'm confident that I'm dealing with intelligent, honest people, versus some monkey cramming cards in a pc in a closet somewhere. I was probably a bit of a pain in the rear customer for them -- after I placed my order, I called them back the next day -- "Can I get Win 2000 instead of XP"? They quoted me a price (not even mentioning that they probably already had XP installed) -- The next morning I called back with "Oh, and can you set up a couple partitions for me". I tried to tell Todd not to worry about it if they already had the OS installed, but he just said that he would get it done for me. Above and beyond, really.
So I get the computer -- nicely packed, with all the trimmings (the box for the motherboard, manuals, disks, etc) -- another good sign -- and read the note on top -- with specific instructions on how to open the case, and pull out the stuffing -- you see, these guys stuff a piece of foam in the case to help keep the heatsink on during shipping. Good for me, good for them. Down south, we like heatsinks with our processors.
Quality components, reasonable price, smart, customer oriented people. If you look you'll find cheaper shops out there, but in my opinion, the few bucks you'll save isn't worth the heartache you'll suffer trying to get things worked out if that monkey in the closet screws up your pc."
"I have now, though the department I work for, bought a total of 59 systems from Envision over the last 10 months. All aspects considered, I would have say my experiences with the company have been exceptional. Prices for systems and components have been at or below what I have the average I have gotten from other vendors in the past. The service I received from them has been outstanding. Any problems were delt with quickly, and any replacement parts were shipped without question ( even when I misdiagnosed a software problem as being a hardware failure ). Any email communication with Envision has always been returned in a timely fashion and I have NEVER had to wait on the phone when calling them. Being an extremely busy sysadmin, this has made dealing with Envision a rather enjoyable experience. Of all the vendors I've delt with in the last seven years, I would without question rate them the highest. Furthermore, I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and other departments."
