"I’m a little disappointed with my purchase for the following reasons; first, I ordered Ray-Ban
Sunglasses, I put in my prescription I selected what color lens I would like for my prescription glasses and I didn’t receive them for more than six weeks. I know that my prescription is very high so I completely understand but not getting an email explaining why I’m not getting my sunglasses promptly was a little disappointing. The second reason why I’m disappointed is the fact that when I received my glasses after six weeks, there was a scratch on the lens. I sent an email with a picture and they did offer to fix my glasses, but I would have to send them back then I asked them how long it would take me to get my glasses back and I still haven’t received a response, the third issue that I’m very upset about is the fact that now my lenses don’t even say Rayban on there, but you charged me the Rayban price I specifically ordered Ray-Ban sunglasses because I love my Ray-Ban’s. I thought my lens would say Rayban on there, they should’ve told me that prescription lenses will not say Rayban and I would’ve chosen a different pair "
