"I needed these sunglasses for my son's baseball game in a few days. I could have purchased from a local retailer but EZ Contact price was better. I placed the order and they confirmed delivery in time for the game. The next day, they sent me an automated message there's a delay in shipment. The delay was that they were closed for Passover...for a week! Of course it is their right to close for a holiday, I have no problem with that but they should let their customers know beforehand so as to avoid the problem they created for me. I would not normally make this public but they never returned my emails about the issue and they just sent me this request for a review!"
