"My son loves his new glasses. That said, the process to get them took over a month (in part due to the Passover holiday which is fine) and lacked communication. I had to follow up several times and didn't know when I ordered on April 12th they would be closing on April 29th or that his frames were on backorder from the manufacturer. When that was still the case on May 13th, I was offered to select a different set of frames that were in stock. I was told the frames I chose were exactly like the pair I'd ordered (not sure why they weren't suggested), only $10 more expensive. I received a $5 discount when I asked if that extra $10 could be waived due to waiting over a month for the glasses. Again, he likes the glasses, but we would not order again or recommend - it was more work for me than the savings of ordering online."

"The good: the prescription came out exactly matching my old glasses, so I had no trouble moving from one to the other. Also, the company had better options for the lens materials and coatings than the company I usually use, the price was lower, and their lab contacted me when they had questions about my prescription.
The bad: It took FOREVER to get my new glasses -- more than a month! Also, the bifocal insert extends further up the lens than my old ones, which I don't like.
