"I ordered a pair of Prada sunglasses, and I received an email within a day telling he they were discontinued and that I'd receive a refund. I was disappointed of course, but things happen. But, the reason I wouldn't do business with this company again is because I had to fight for my refund. This company had not even charged my card when they emailed me telling me they didn't sell the product anymore. Their policy is to charge when they ship. So, I figured they'd never charge my card because they had no product to ship. I was wrong. I ordered something from another company with that card, and found out the money wasn't on my card! They charged it after sending the email, totally against their policy. So, I contacted them to request an immediate refund. They said OK, then I waited for about a week. Nothing. I contacted them again, this time they responded by telling me some nonsense and not addressing my refund. So, I responded back with a firm request for an immediate refund or that I'd file a charge back with my credit card company. They refunded me fast. So, the entire order resulted in my getting no product and having to waste time getting my money back, which shouldn't have been charged to begin with if they followed their own policies. "
