"Ordered three pairs of the same frame in different colors as I had tried on in a store and knew I liked them. The EZcontacts website said "ships in 3-5 days", but I didn't get them for weeks. I called and they said they were out of stock and the website was wrong. One of the pairs I did get was broken and I had to ship them back and wait until they received them for a new pair to ship (which by then were on back order). I spoke with a supervisor and they offered express shipping on the exchange once they got the damaged ones back. but it still took over a month to get the pair replaced. The second pair received was still stretched out and seemed as though someone had worn them on a large head. They charged me all up front and not just when the pair shipped. Didn't offer any sort of compensation for the issues and inconveniences. "
