"I am a previous customer. A search led me to your old website ezcontactsusa.com. I found the glasses I needed to buy and called customer service to answer a question I had. After my question was professionally answered by the representative I thought I should also ask if they are in stock. To my dismay...the answer was no they are discontinued. Your system would have totally wasted my time by allowing me to order an item that is not available only to get an email telling me that you just jacked me around. The representative luckily shared that the old website is not up to date and directed me to the new website. Interestingly...the glasses are not available on the new website. That's just not good customer service."
