"I ordered 3 pairs of prescription glasses to Ohio. I’ve previously ordered from you for a paid to Colorado and received them. 0/3 came to Ohio. Then they made me file claims and wait weeks and I then got sent one pair. Then I check my email and Ricky said you will not send me the rest of my order and I do not get a refund because of the time difference. It makes zero sense and I am out a lot of money. "

Then I was told they'd make a one time exception and take them back, but they didn't say if I should send all of them back or just some. I paid with an FSA card and was nervous about sending them back and then never seeing a refund or a replacement so I didn't send them back. I will not order from this company in the future. "

I requested a refund of the extraordinary FedEx charges and received no response. There are way too many other places to order contacts online to put up with this kind of sub-par service."
"I've ordered contacts and glasses from these guys. I got an extra pair of glasses for myself and my 13 year old for under $50. My glasses usually cost around $500 and I only wear them around the house. We ordered my son's glasses the same day we ordered a pair from the eye doctor just so he would have an extra pair. They came in a week sooner than the eye doctor, and the pair we got from the doctor broke within a month. So yeah, very happy!
