"I ordered my sunglasses more than 6 weeks ago and was told to expect delivery within 10 days. After multiple email exchanges with customer service, I learned that they don't actually have items in inventory and have to get them from "a supplier". The rep declined to reach out to their supplier to provide an estimate of when my order would arrive and simply said the order would ship whenever they received it...if they received it because it might be discontinued. Later customer service implied that I could ask for a refund, which was nice since the company has been holding my money for approaching 2 months and can't give me any idea of when or if it will come. The company should be honest about what they have in stock and available to order on their webpage. I would never order from a company who *might* be able to fulfill the order if they can find the item elsewhere."
