"I ordered some sunglasses for my husband June 2 to replace a scratched pair that my husband had. I'd been looking for the same ones he previously had, and was so happy to find them at EZContacts. Several weeks later when I hadn't heard any updates about when I could expect my order I sent an inquiry. It took several days, but finally I heard from them that they would be delayed two weeks so I waited. Several weeks later I had not gotten any more information about when they would ship, so I sent another e-mail asking when I might expect them. Eventually I got an answer, saying they were delayed and I could expect to receive them in two weeks. This continued for three months, with me sending inquiries and waiting to hear that they were delayed and would be available in two weeks. Finally the beginning of September I got an e-mail telling me that they would not be able to get them, and my account would be refunded. These were supposed to have been a Father's Day gift for my husband, and I was willing to wait because my husband really wanted these sunglasses. Now his gift is three months late, and I have nothing to show for it. I suspect that they knew all along that they weren't going to be able to get these glasses, as each time they answered they encouraged me to substitute for a different pair rather than wait two weeks for the ones that I'd ordered. Their terrible communication along with questionable honesty will keep me from ever ordering anything from this company again.
