I opened a claim, the email received said 5 to 10 business days. I called 11 business days later and was told another 2 days. 3 days later I get an email from the shipping dept. Asking for pictures. I sent those and no response. A week later I get a package delivered with the missing contacts. No follow up to my email no nothing. Extremely poor customer service. I will not be using or recommending. "
