I checked the website periodically and saw that the same product I ordered guaranteed a 3-5 business day shipping window. I received an email from the company informing me they were taking longer than expected to ship. I responded to the email and the customer service team apologized for the delay and even offered me to switch to a product that may be available to ship immediately. I appreciated the offer but wanted the pair I selected so I opted to wait it out.
Overall, the product I received was great. It is exactly as described on the website. The customer service team was very responsive and helpful. Despite the long wait I would order again as they provide excellent products at an even better deal."
