"I have ordered numerous times from Fanatics (both for myself and local alumni chapter) and always had a positive experience. They have a huge inventory; fair prices and decent (not fast) delivery. This was my first time with a product return. I used their online return system and mail tag. The time to process a return and send an email was over 2 1/2 weeks and then another 7 days to post back to my credit card. This is unacceptable in today's ecommerce business model. I am a frequent online shopper and most vendors process returns in less than 7 days."

"If you're reading this customer. Always and never throw your gift cards away if you use them to buy anything from this place. I purchased shoes for my wife they did not fit send them back and was told they were going to send a refund to the gift card that I used to pay them with. When I use up a gift card I never keep them I throw them in the trash or I shred them. When you look at their fanatic website to purchase they never tell you to keep your gift cards because they might send you a refund in that gift card. Trying to get my money back or to get a credit is like pulling teeth. If I used my bank card or my credit card it would be an easy transaction. But when you use a gift card it's a totally different story. I have a lot of friends and family that purchase some items to fanatics but as of today I will inform them all to go shop elsewhere. Customer service is very poor I cannot believe the run-around they give you. My order number is 21-5167-4043.
