"Ordered a long sleeve shirt and a sweatshirt - the long sleeve shirt arrived with a hole in the arm (in the middle of the forearm) and the sleeves on the sweatshirt don't even come to my wrists (but fits fine in the chest and waist)! I went to return the long sleeve shirt and was being charged a return fee, so I called customer service about the fee and was told that they charge a return fee. I argued that the item is defective, and after arguing with customer service they finally waived the return fee. I can not return the sweatshirt because it was customized, so I spent $50+ for something that doesn't fit correctly. I have NEVER experienced such horrible customer service, or poor quality merchandise! I will never order from Fanatics again, and neither should you! Signed, not a happy customer."

Item was supposed to arrive on 12/20. They created a label with LaserShip (what kind of carrier is that?). 4 days later i have no package so I check LaserShip and there is an "Exception" flag on the item. "Seller never shipped package." Thanks a lot Fanatics.
So I message them on Twitter because their 24/7 chat is turned off. Not surprising.
They asked if I wanted to reship it or get a refund. It's a Christmas present...what do you think? I asked them to reship and right away asked if they could at least upgrade the speed. 1 hour later: "sorry we already shipped it." At least they offered to give me a $5.99 refund for the awfully slow and late shipping speed.

"On 12/17/18 I decided to use them to send out two gifts for Christmas to a friend who lives in Massachusetts, I live in Florida. I picked out two hats and put the shipping address and names in the correct spot online, then added my billing address and info. Because of my order I also received FREE two day shipping! A few hours later I get an email stating one of the items has been shipped to... THE BILLING ADDRESS! I immediately call the customer service line and 1) check to make sure I completed the shipping info correctly and 2) suggest a solution to the problem. The woman I spoke with said there was nothing they could do, but I could re-buy the gift and send it or wait until it gets to the billing address and send it myself. I explained my reason for shopping online was for convenience to be able to send my friends who live in another state gifts with ease, but she did not understand, or care. She said she would speak with a supervisor and came back and said the other option was to send the item back to them when it was received and then they would re-send it to the other address. Before getting off the phone I asked about the other item and she said it was getting ready to ship...to the billing address. I asked if they could see the shipping address, she said yes. I asked her to send that item to the shipping address, so she changed it in the system to make sure... what kind of system do they have anyway! Anyway, no thanks fanatics. I'm done with you. "
"Possibly the worst customer service in the retail industry. They get orders wrong constantly and when called about it, refuse to do anything of substance. They basically tell you "tough s#!t", even when they are clearly in the wrong. THEY DO NOT CARE!
I hope Amazon puts these clowns out of business."
"I ordered a pair of Blue Carolina Panther Sweatpants on December 7th. They were shipped to me, but came in Black instead of Blue. I returned them with the label they sent me, and they proceeded to ship out a new pair. The 2nd pair arrived, and again they were Black. Again I returned them, and they shipped out a 3rd pair - and again they came black. 3 times they sent the wrong color. When I contacted them this time, they sent me another return label. They now say that they cannot ship my order, and would have to give me a refund - not because they didn't have the item, because they are idiots and messed up the order 3 times. This was a Christmas Present, and the money won't be refunded for 2-7 Business Days after they receive the returned item. Now I don't have a Christmas Present, nor the money to replace it - and they are the ones that messed up the order. Absolutely incredible!"

"Took my money canceled my orders!!! I placed order where shipping and billing were different yes I unchecked box. Their system messed up information. I called imediatly after I placed order and their representative told me it was fixed and not to worry. Next day got email they canceled both my orders including one with correct information. I called they told me they would not put order thru all I could do was reorder myself and no they wont honor sale prices from previous day oh and they pulled my money already and would take 10 days to refund. "

"Fanatics left the street number off of the address when shipping my order, so it got turned around back to them. By the time I noticed when tracking the shipment, I called and was told that they couldn't turn it around, but should re-order and would receive a refund two weeks (!!) after the original got back to them. Of course, the item was out of stock by then. I asked again if they could send it back to me once it arrived, and they said no, because the warehouse "doesn't have that power." I asked if they could earmark that item for purchase by me again one it goes back in stock. They said they were sold out and it wouldn't go back in stock. I pointed out that they would have one once mine arrived, and they just repeated the same sentence over and over, completely ignoring me. I asked if there was any way whatsoever to get my item, and they said no, but offered me a discount on another item... which was less than the discounts I've been offered in the spam emails I've gotten from them every single day since placing this order. What a joke. A complete lack of customer service. I wish I'd looked up this website before placing my order, since it seems everyone has problems with them. I guess all I can do is pray they actually give me the refund instead of pocketing the money and claiming ignorance again. "
