She also created another order and sent out another ball immediately. I actually had 15 days to do return so could have had newly ordered ball before sending back the other. Once we spoke, and was going through the steps, she noticed that the link I was looking for does not come up on my mobile phone, so had to do it on my desktop or laptop. And-NO RETURNS on custom jerseys so I'm stuck with a plastic custom jersey that will flake away after a first wear.
Extremely poor quality for a high-priced jersey.
Stick with your local sports store to see and feel the quality of the jersey. Avoid this basement-run online store at all costs!
Oh-and they don't have an email address you can contact them through!!! How is that for customer service!!!
