"Everything that could go wrong has.
Fedex staff and their systems are a nightmare to deal with, they might as well be rude and shouting it's the same thing as being unable to perform small tasks, unable to carry out instructions.
When I call, I have to repeat myself over and over and my questions are answered with vagueness.
I don't even know what's happening but Fedex keeps calling, my husband and me during business hours to ask thing and inform us of stuff that is not necessary.
I have called them twice and I still haven't got a delivery date from them, all they do is inform me of what can't be done, how much money has to be paid, to customs. No other info is given, I have to pry information about banking details and package whereabouts.
I can't even explain how they are. They have no coherency to anything they do. They have disrupted my life and taken up so much of my time that I will never get back.
They are unprofessional, no concept of efficiency.
My package is somewhere. Please, deliver my package.

"Had purchased a set of 4 tires through Amazon Prime with a two-day "FedEx" ship promise. Well, the tires went from Los Angeles to Oakland CA, and then back to Los Angeles, 600 miles out their way, only to return back. Then finally were flown to Honolulu, HI and then to Hilo.
All this after being a day late and being told many lies over the phone of what time and where and why the shipping took a long and late route. Customer Dis-service acts clueless with my questions, basically playing dumb or just being dumb. I would not use this shipper if you have a choice."
"Went in to Ina Road location at 2220 West Ina Road in Tucson on 2/10/2014 with a well packed box. The counter person looked at the box and stated he would have to open it to see if it was packed correctly. He opened the box and stated that it would need 5 dollars worth of repackaging before it could be shipped. He said I could take it back and repackage it and then they would accept it or I could pay the additional $5. I would have had to drive 25 miles to my home to repackage it so I paid up. I believe this is a well used scam. This Fedex location knows that customers are not going to return to their starting point to repackage and then drive back to the fedex location to possibly repeat the process all over again. I attempted to file a complaint with the BBB but that is a scam also."
"Absolutely a joke of an experience. My package was supposed to be delivered today (2/1) . They said online that it was put on a delivery truck at 8 am. I waited for 12 hours...checking the door once every hour. at about 8 pm I noticed a door tag on my door. There was never a knock...nor did my doorbell ring once. I'm infuriated. now they tell me I can't pick it up tonight at all and now have to wait till MONDAY to get my property that I paid for."
"FedEx, package trapped in a loop for 12 days between FT worth and my residence in another city. Its literally been back and forth 3 times when It was supposed to be returned to shipper. They're the worst company I have ever dealt with, complete morons, ignorant and completely useless. DO NOT ever use FEDEX for anything, if you do then you're to blame if it get's messed up. Absolutely worst company in the history of shipping packages. My new item sent by seller was an overnight that will now take 3 days to deliver, briliiant! F-U Fed ex!"
"In all my life i have never been so unhappy with a company. 3 packages 1 week 0 Delivered to a door. 1 to the garage 1 left outside and 1 door slip left on the back of my house. Mind you i have called 3 times left my phone number and specifics on how to deliver it to my FRONT door. I waited from 8 05 am for this last package literally sitting in the front of my house until after 4 30 pm when they said it would arrive. At that time i walked the perimeter of the house to find the tag on the WALL of my house no were near a door. when i called i found out the driver is only 12 minutes from me i BEG them to have her wait i will come get it myself Vs. her bringing it 1.5 hours away to the FedEx depot. By the way took them .5 hours to make contact with their driver then get back to me. since after the .5 hours she (the driver) was only 12-14 minutes from my home i can only guess that a little earlier and I would have my package...Time not of the essence for FedEx though. To make matters worse i have called multiple times to give them my phone number and delivery instructions only to be told today that my instructions were through a different FedEx so un viewable by the people delivering my packages ... uhm so it was a waist of My time to call and try to help them to better do their jobs. Great to know. At this point i will be posting this EVERY WHERE...Face book, twitter, heck any were all blogs every were......it will most likely have little effect but if i cost FedEx just 1 customer then i will be moving in the right direction, but not done. My goal is to cost you as many customers as i can. This is no way to treat customers. I will again be waiting for my shipment outside most likely all day tomorrow because FedEx refuses to use a door 9or even their horn). Great job at being really bad at your business FedEx."
"I came home one day to a note on the door from fedex that said look up. Sure enough I look up and there is something scattered all over the balcony above me. I went up to take a look and it was the birth announcement for my daughter that I spent over $200 on spread everywhere on the balcony with the package ripped open like it had been gone through in 88F Texas weather and it had just rained the day before. It upsets me that they just threw it up there instead of leaving a note saying come pick it up at the post office or instead of leaving it with the apartment managers but what really got me is that the person that delivered it WENT THROUGH MY MAIL! I will soon be contacting authorities about this issue and having a talk with fedex's lawyers. If this happens to any one else please spread the word. They are not allowed to just through your mail up on a balcony unless you tell them too and by LAW they can not go THROUGH your MAIL!"

Very angry held hostage waiting around all day. Could not take my pills to sleep. or even take a shower. I will request any business I do biz with to only use UPS from now on, unless you tell me how to request only a one hour window. UPS is here in the 11AM hour only!!!
And you really oughta reprimand the driver today. He didn't even apologize when I brought the lateness to his attention.
When I inquired if I could narrow down a hour for delivery, he said whenever he felt like delivering. I pressed further the guy had a horrible attitude problem, he said because he lives in my town he decided on doing it last.
I am sick and tired of being taken advantage of.
I am disabled and could not take any my pain pills due to this nightmare. I said to the driver I will never do business with your company again, nor will I do business with anyone who uses your service either. UPS comes between 11-1145 AM anyday they deliver. You should be ashamed of your delivery service causing me additional anxiety. I already suffer from an anxiety disorder, Fedex made this the biggest nighytmare ever!!!!
I not only want an apology but compensation for this mess they caused.

I then received a bill for $176.28 and called the number listed on the bill. The CSRs were very sorry that they could not assist me. "I ordered some boots online from Dots on 12/14/2012, exactly a week went by so I decided to track my package on FEDEX's website and noticed that my package had a status of delivered. I wonder to whom because I didn't receive that package and I had it shipped to my parents' address and they were home during the alleged delivery time and didn't hear a knock, a door bell ring, or even see a FEDEX truck pass by. (My Father was on the lookout for a package from UPS - a package that he received) So I proceeded to the next necessary step, I notified Dots customer service and then filed a claim on FEDEX's website. I received a call the next day from the claims department and I spoke with a lady who seemed more willing to get me off the phone than to get to the bottom of what happened to my package. I told her that I had never received my package and that my parents were home at the time and the driver didn't even give a courtesy knock. She just reiterated that the package was delivered at the front door and that if the package doesn't have a signature required release then basically the driver can just leave the package at the front door no questions asked. She then said he would describe the house and his description was off because my parents' house in a faded lavender and a violet and he said it was blue and white. So as well as not being courteous he doesn't know his colors. Not a surprise at all. What really upsets me is there were people home, and cars in the driveway so he could've at least knocked. How do I know that he didn't take the package himself and process it as delivered? There's no way that I would know now because he made himself invisible during his alleged delivery. Now I have to wait and see if Dots will reorder my boots, and even if they do I'll never know what happened with that package. For future references, I have decided to inquire about a signature release option, (Dots didn't have that shipping option), before online shopping even though this is the first time I've ever not received a package...and because of the poor regard of customer service in the FEDEX claims department I will avoid using FEDEX services or shipping with them in the future. "
"Had three packages scheduled for deliver on 11.14.12. No package and today is 11.20.12. Called on 11.19.12 and told they can't find my package but to call back in the afternoon. Called back in the afternoon and they have my package and will deliver on 11.20.12. today is 11.20.12 and no package. Called and they stated "Three delivery attempts" while I was home the past two weeks.
Called to speak with a manager and they disconnected my call. Called back and spoke with a manager and he says "We have new drivers and I'll find out why the package was never delievered".
I looked at the tracking history. first three attempts stated "Customer not available or business closed". I have been home and not sticker on the door. Last stated "Cannot locat receipent". Which tells me they are lost and can't find my house (I'm in a new subdivision).
What I believe is the first three attempts were complete BS and they couldn't find my house. Wow, found it on google and my GPS each time.
I'm tired of FedEx."
"WORST shipping company ever! FEDEX is not only inept they are totally incompetant. Took 5 days to pick up a shipment damaged it took 3 more days (called after 4 on a friday afternoon) to tell us the shipment was badly damaged and quarantined as dangerous goods.
had to go out to airport to pick it up as they wouldn't bring it back.
This is 4th time this has happened with these MORONS.

"Ordered a hard drive from a company on the web, they shipped with fed ex, there was no where to put that they had to get my signature but i didnt worry because ups and usps always got a signature from me because I lived at a ghetto apartment complex. fed ex supposedly just left my $200 package at the door, i never saw it but i paid for it, fed ex wouldn't reimburse me but they did waste my time 4 hours on the phone. the way i look at it, if i order something and never see it and the delivery company did, they are responsible and fed ex didnt live up to that..."
