"On hold over over 35 minutes. Bait and switch on the $5 discount at checkout. You have to call and stay on hold to make them accountable. No chat session. Every time you tried to reach out to a live person they revert you back to reading online self support like they were Apple. What happened to just taking care of the customer? Nope, everyone wants robots and automation and never having to talk to a live person. Overall horrible experience and I ordered over $500 worth of product. Rip off! Took several minutes just to figure out your system on how to leave a review. I think I will be cancelling my subscription. Let's see if a live human reaches out to reply to this message. "
"Do Not Believe their website…. I ordered some RZ F1 Standard filters on June 9th, website said they were IN STOCK and would ship the next day. On June 16th I check my order on the website where it showed my order would ship on June 19th. Well it is June 24th, so I call and spoke to a REP who said that the filters would not be available until June 30th. The website today (June 24th) still shows the product is IN STOCK and will ship the next day. This is totally unacceptable and I will no longer do business with this company."
"I paid for 6 to 8 day shipping. I waited for 14 days , still no item. I wrote them 3 days prior to calling them, because they didn't respond to my email. Found out they didn't have the item in stock. A filter for zero water filter pitcher. There page said nothing of this. And they sold me faster shipping at an increase rate, claiming it would be at my door 6-8 days. No apology. When I called. Worse place ever to bye filters. Took rest of money hibernated in there pocket. Money I could of used to bye actual water. "
"Received a replacement filter in late March 2020. Just went to install the replacement. When I unpacked the new filter, the gap between top and bottom pieces varies 1-2 mm, and there is white, crystal material visible in the crack. I removed the installed filter from the refrigerator, and that seam is tight, less than 0.5 mm, and the same size all around the old filter. I took pictures of both filters and reinstalled the old filter. It looks like the new filter might fail, sometime, and flood my kitchen and the finished basement ceiling below. The support and contact us pages give no option for me to contact or supply my pictures. Maybe this rating will stimulate a conversation. If not, my history with Filters Fast is done. "

"Two emails and two phone calls and I am still waiting for a refund for LG fridge filters that arrived in sorry shape because they were packed so poorly. When I talked to someone early last week, apparently that did not notate any of the discussion and I am starting again from square 1.
I have used this company before for my HVAC filter, but this experience has been awful. "

"Originally ordered filter was misrouted but FF expedited a replacement just in time for my holiday party. Meanwhile, original filter showed up too. FF made it gratis for my trouble. Cant ask for more than that. Good company. "
"I ordered a Whirlpool filter set on Oct 23rd. After a month when nothing had arrived, I called and was told that there was a 20-day delay getting it from a warehouse, but it would ship the next day. Called again a week later, and again in early December. Each time i was told it was shipping the next day. Finally decided to cancel order. Now awaiting my refund! I don't expect it to be quick!"
