"Friendly and helpful initial contact, but not candid about how long it would take to finish. I was in a hurry because my previous firewall was down. My contact said they would mark my case as urgent. My initial contact happened on Monday, configuration questionaire and interview on Tuesday, firewall shipped to me on Friday afternoon. And there was a mistake in the DMZ fixed IP addresses that I found during the installation phone call today. Now it all works, but that was 8 days since I payed my money. Firewall hardware seems very high quality and I can call for support for the next 7 days at no charge if I need to. If you don't want to configure a firewall and you aren't in a hurry you should consider this vendor. Somewhat expensive but my time was more valuable doing something else."
