"We purchased a free motion 5.6 T.V. treadmill from Fitness blow out on Oct 13th 2010, we have had it for almost a week now and the whole family has been using it and its a wonderful machine, we all love it. We love the T.V. part of the treadmill it keeps you motivated while you are working out.I like to say how well built the machine is and how stury it is. we have had it up 8 mph and it doesn't wobble or move at all. The prices cannot be beat, nor the warranty! (Exercise equipment is one of the few items that Consumer Reports states that you should consider getting.) And, the staff is fantastic.

April, 2009, I retired from the Cleveland Police Department, after suffering too many injuries on and off duty -- my nickname was Ms. Knievel (though, with the amount of Titanium, in every major part of my body, including my neck -- I think I have him beat!).

"I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again. My wife & I shopped for hours online for a new leg & hip sled. We narrowed it down to a couple different sites. Fitness Blowout had the best price, but after reading the reviews on this site I tried negotiating with a salesman from the other site which didn't work.

So I hesitantly... dialed the number, with a little prayer that this wasn't a scam. I told the salesperson that answered how I felt after reading everything on here, but that I would give a positive review if it all worked out.

I am happy to say that our equipment arrived as expected in excellent condition and within the time we were told. We have put it together and everything is as good as we had hoped for.

I would suggest if you purchase from this company that you learn a little bit about what you want, that you shop around for the best price, and then when you order know what to expect.

We weren't in a rush, we expected it to take a few weeks,and knew it would be curbside delivery. When it arrived I had a friend here to assist me with all the parts and it worked out well.

I received my equipment in about 18 business days, so it was received before the end of September. The incline trainer took about an hour and a half to assemble, and it works great. ""I made payment for this item 9/6. The payment was not even acknowledged until 9/14 when I recieved an email requesting a call to complete the invoice. I called the salesperson Brad, who did not answer, and left him a message to call me back to discuss the invoice. My intentions were at that time to cancel the order before it had even been invoiced. He instead went ahead without talking to me and finalized the invoice which I received on the 15th. I then called him the next day and told him that I wanted to cancel the order. Instead of him informing me of the proper channels to take, he told me that the order could not be cancelled because it had already been shipped out and that I should be receiving it within the week. On 9/28 however, I finally received tracking information which showed that the item was not even billed to UPS until 9/24 and was due to be delivered today 9/29. Since I received the tracking info on 9/28 I have called and started a service form, from which I have not recieved a response. I have exchanged several emails with Martin who continues to only state to me the policy for cancellation, which I abided by. However, rather than telling me the proper channels, Brad intentionally misled me by dishonesty and told me that the order had already shipped. I still have not received the item and have requested a full refund from them. I have not received a response. I am sure that a review of the audio will tell the same story.

" I just ordered the eliptistride and am counting down the days until I jump on it and get to work. The gentleman that assisted me with my purchase was very respectful and helpful throughout the entire ordeal. What great customer service. It was as if I could see the smile on the man’s face while talking to him over the phone.
10-04-10: So I have yet,to receive my order. As a matter of fact I ordered it 9-21-10 and it was just shipped out on 10-01-10. Still waiting for it to come to my door. For such a high dollar item; you would think it would be shipped in a timely manner. My excitement has turned into frustration.
10-05-10 I called the 1-800 # for reporting late shipment and the guy I spoke to said, "I am not going to play the point the finger game with you. Things happen and that is why it is an approximate shipment time." This guy needs to leave his attitude at home. Not good for business.
10/07/10It showed up today.YAH! The installation went well all besides the two wire ties that were supposed to be provided was only one and we had a slight difficulty feeding it through twice in order to get both wire harnesses fished through. It is all set up and I just finished reading the manual. So hopefully I will get a full workout in later today. I will be back with an update soon.
10/08/10 WOW! Thank you to whom ever made this machine real. I did a pretty weak but solid work out for 20 minute today (I am out of shape lol) and burnt 250 calories. YAH! I am so excited and pleased with the piece of equipment. As for Fitnessblowout; they had amazing customer service when selling me the equipment but, when I simply called when the shipment was late to notify them and find out why. They completely lacked on customer service and where rude and disrespectful to me (the customer). Note: I had one lady call me and leave me a message in regards to the late shipment and I missed the call. I returned the call and left her a message requesting a call back in order to speak with her and never heard a word from her again."
