"First off I would like to say be wary of these guys. I just canceled my order from them and hopefully they'll read this and MAKE SURE to really cancel it.
I canceled my order because:
1. After I made my order they sent me an email telling me that I needed to call a "louis" like many other people here, except I didn't even get to speak with louis, just some guy that said "yeah I can help you" who didn't give his name when I asked for louis.
2. He started giving me some BS story about how the battery I bought was only going to last me 25 minutes because it was a whole sale version not the retail version. 1...they don't even rate batteries in minutes....they rate them in how many pictures you can take so I know you're talking out of your @$$. And 2...they don't give different batteries out and there are no difference in versions. SCAM ARTISTS
3. After finally getting him to stop asking me about the batteries he said that my order would be shipped out Monday morning (I ordered Sunday). He also said that he had it "in his hand." I call today and it is still not even shipped and they haven't even arrived yet. SCAM ARTISTS
4. I also canceled my order because of all the horrible reviews on this site. I want to thank you all for your honest, REAL feedback of this cruddy establishment. I can easily pick all the fake reviews that they put in here themselves just to keep their score above a 2.

"These guys are crooks. I ordered a JVC GZ-MG630 camcorder from them because their price was slightly lower than another site with which I usually do business. Big mistake. After I placed the order, one of their sales reps called me and talked me into ordering an upgraded battery for an additional $40.00. I agreed. The camcorder arrived with the factory-sealed box having been opened. The only battery present was the regular battery that comes in the box with the camcorder; this is apparent if one visits JVC's web page. I called FotoConnection and advised them of the error, but they assured me that I had received the correct battery. Still very weird because an upgraded battery should have been an additional battery to the one that comes in the box, and I only received the one battery. So I tested the camcorder, and found that it was indeed the regular battery that comes with the camcorder. It is also the smallest size as shown on JVC's web site. I called FotoConnection again and explained that they had indeed failed to send me the upgraded battery for which I'd paid. The rep put me on hold for a few moments, came back on the line and stated that the warehouse told him they'd sent me the battery. I re-explained that they were supposed to have sent me the battery but had not. The rep refused to help me and also claimed that he did not have a supervisor. I finally got a supposed supervisor who also refused to either refund the $40.00 or send me the upgraded battery. I had to contact my Visa bank and have the $40.00 charge reversed, which they did with no problem. The crooks at FotoConnection are now emailing and calling me. I emailed them back and told them that my bank has resolved the issue and to stop harassing me. THEY ARE STILL EMAILING ME. I am reporting them to the New York attorney general, although I don't know whether that will do any good. FOTOCONNECTION ARE CROOKS. STAY AWAY FROM THEM."

"I ordered my camera 3 weeks ago. and have not yet received it. I got a camera bag, tripod and lens cleaner ($5 add on package) but i dont have anything to clean, hold steady, or put in a bag. I am frustrated because I am deployed and am trying to take pictures of things to send back to my family and have nothing to take pictures with. The website says its "in stock". And if their excuse is well sometimes it takes a while to send overseas, that is BS because I get mail all the time and order stuff all the time and have never waited this long. And they have already charged my card which they said they would only do when the item was shipped. SO, bottom line, I am not satisfied, and they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Finally got through, "transferred to customer service" = placed on hold. Finally got hold of someone and cancelled the order. "The LG microwave oven arrived well packaged. The price is much lower than retail store. We even received a follow up call from Foto Connection.

I called the next day to cancel the order, but it seems that after initial placement they're much harder to get a hold of. Finally when someone answered, I was told only the Customer Service Department cancels orders and would have to call back when they were open, which was Monday. Between this time, and talking to CS, I received an e-mail with an offer of free items as long as I didn't cancel the order coupled with numerous phone calls to the same effect. Finally, I got through on Monday and to avoid any hassle or further attempts at keeping my business, gave the reason as I didn't want the camera anymore.
Crisis averted.

Absolutely horrified. I just bought the Olympus Evolt E-510 yesterday.
I shopped around for this camera for hours. It was a gift to me from my family at graduation that was stolen from me two months after. I've finally decided to go ahead and buy it again.
This site by far looked to be the best deal. Free shipping and handling in addition to the lowest price. However, the next morning I got two e-mails asking me to call so that my order can be shipped. Are you holding it for ransom?

I called, Louis, "my representative" never answered. I called multiple times in the morning. And again in the afternoon. None of the times did he answer. I spoke with an "Adam" who tried to bait me into buying a battery since 'the one that comes with the camera only lasts 30min.' I've had this camera before. I know it lasts longer than that.
Unless you're scamming me.
Not only that, I received a duplicate of the e-mail, with different order numbers. No sales person I spoke with thought that was strange either.
The items included also doesn't list the manufacturer's warranty that I got with my first camera.
My account still hasn't been charged but I'm nervous my information as well has been compromised.
I'm calling to cancel my order ASAP.
It's worth the extra $20 not to be wrangled in by these con artists. "
"Ordered the new PANASONIC LUMIX DMC-ZS3A. Before placing the order I called to verify that they have the camera in stock and was toled it is.
Since I placed the order and didn't get the tracking number I called several times talked to their support (after a long wait on hold) and was told the camera was already shipped but they couldn't give me the tracking number.
When I decided to call again yesterday May 7th and asked to cancel the order I was told they don't have the camera in stock! Just a reminder I was already toled it was shipped. But not to worry - they should have it in stock by Monday May 11th. Interestingly enough if you check their web site today May 8th you will see that the camera is in stock.
To summarize - very unreliable!!!
As of yet (May 8th) I have not received the camera instead I received a bunch of excuses and stories. "
