"The dilvery was timely and all was in order. However, when placing this order I had to speak with the manager twice (Joey), over misrepresentations other sales people made. During both discussions he assured me that the additional extended warranty could be used directly with my local Nikon Authorized Service Centers. When the package arrived I discovered this is not true. Since the Camera I ordered was correct and I did not want to hassle with this anymore, I just accepted the inconvenience. I did pay additional money for this extended warranty under the conditions I was assured I could use it if need be. I am disappointed and angry that the company manager himself would misrepresent the warranty. Sure would be nice of you folks to send me an SanDisk 8gig Extreme111 Fashdrive for my troubles which I would have purchased instead of a bogus warranty."

It was a deal so good that it was impossible to pass by. I have had absolutely no problems with the camera what so ever. A few of the free add-ons seemed a little flimsy, but I couldn't complain due to the items being free. The product arrived on the exact date that I had requested. "Do NOT buy from this seller. Yes, the prices are cheap, but you WILL NOT get what you want. I bought a Canon EOS 40D body from them and recieved a USED camera!! After contacting customer service, I learned that "It must have been mixed up at the dock" and they were regretful of the mixup. They would exchange it. They agreed to pay for the one-day air shipping back and forth so that I could have the camera in a couple of days. I shipped it out one-day air and called customer service the next day and was assured that the camera would be shipped out. The next day, I called again. The "shipping department" had not shipped the camera and it would be shipped. The next day, the camera was shipped GROUND. Do not buy from these people. I will never again even attempt to do so. It isn't worth the hassle."

As you may have read they let you put an order through and then make you call them to buy a whole slew of add-ons etc. that you don't want. After I said no thanks on two separate calls they lied to me, telling me they did not have my TV in stock and that I could not order it from anyone else. I ordered it for $50 more than their price about 5 minutes afterward from 6ave.com, who had plenty in stock (as did Fotoconnection.com but they lied about it because I wasn't a dumb enough consumer). DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, I COULD NOT BE MORE AGGRAVATED THAT THIS IS EVEN LEGAL."

I thought I had purchased a gas grill from them. They gave me a price, charged my credit card and told me it would ship right away. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I called them to find out where my grill was. They informed me that they couldn't honor the price any longer and that I would have to pay a additional grill. Not only did they not contact me about the change in price. But they were extremely rude when I asked them to honor the price they had quoted me. Do yourself a favor. Steer clear of this shady company!"
"This company is a TOTAL SCAM.I purchased a Garmin Nuvi GPS for 135.00 with free shipping and a free case worth 39.99.They want you to call them after you order online so they can talk you into alot of extra charges,like paying for the FREE case and paying for insurance-and paying for express shipping. The GPS ended up costing 180.00 after they were done. When I called back to cancel the whole order-10 minutes later-they told me "too late, it just left the building".I immediately called American Express and told them about this order that TVsDepot would not let me cancel.AMEX got me the full refund.I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I ordered.They hook you initially on the "lowest price" scam."

"11/04/08 Well when I called back to tell them that they Fuji camera was indeed used because I turned it on and found it had pictures on the internal memory he got angry... after a couple conversations he sent me an RMA number and an email (which he said they never do) stating just exactly what they would do if I would return the incorrect products to them. So on 11/5/08 I sent VIA UPS the wrong products with delivery confirmation. The received the products on 11/11/08 @ 1:58 pm. When I called to today to talk to Peter to follow-up with my products they acted as if they didn't know a Peter, then I was on hold for 30 min, only to find out that they hadn't scanned it in the system yet. Josh told me that I should have a tracking number by tomorrow. I will call them tomorrow and if I do not have a tracking number I will contact my Credit Card Company to dispute the charges and I am more than willing to take them to court if need be. I have plenty of proof of my good faith effort and proof that they are not delivering as promised... lots of pictures of the faulty products and copies of the emails that they sent me and copies of invoices and RMA. I am angry enough now that I am prepared to fight if I have to. I am tired of being pushed around.
11/03/08 I got a hold of Peter from Fotoconnection.com regarding the info below. He surprised me by being more than willing to make good. He said that if I was willing to keep the items, he would offer to give me a 3 year extended warranty on both cameras for free, just in case anything did happen. He said there was nothing he could do about the camera bag. He sent me an email with his offer and I have until tomorrow to give them an answer. I was pleastly suprised by the nice attitude and willingness to make it better. I was angry on Friday, but I feel better about it today. I would still suggest being careful and make sure you only agree to what you want. I would also say that it might take some work to make it right, but so far they have made it right, I have just had to work at it. I will let you know if they follow thru on their promise or not.
10/31/08 I just finally received my order 2 weeks after I initially ordered it. I purchased what I thought would be brand new items. The Fuji F470 I ordered came with scratches on it, the battery and charger that was supposed to be new was filthy and obviously used. The Camera Bag I was told that I was getting would be a LARGE bag that would be large enough for the Canon 40D I had ordered. I received the Medium version, and I know this because we ordered from them previously and ordered a medium bag... and this is exactly the same bag. The battery and charger for the Canon 40D is definately used. It has dirt on it and it is all scraped up. On top of that, I idiotically agreed to upgrade my lenses for an additional $180.99, but that also required me to remove a hard sided case, the original lenses, and remove other things. All in all the upgrade ended up costing over $400 if you take into account the value of the items removed and then the value of the items added...
Definately a Buyer Beware situation. I have tried to contact them today but they are closed even though everything I have received from them says that they are open until 9 pm EST. I hope that we can work this out, but I am frustrated that I even have to go thru this. They should have delivered as promised in the first place. I will update this review once I am finally able to contact them or they contact me."
"This company does not think about anything else but making money by scamming the buyer. I oredered a Fuji camera advertised at $129.00 fully boxed and sealed with 1 year warranty. Confirmation e-mail received asking to call them. called in and ws immediatly hit with hard sales patter about upgrade battery as the one with the camera is no good, must get a larger memory card etc etc. I declined all attempts to upgrade and asked them to send the ordered item to me for the advertised price, they said that for another $20.00 I could get the American version camera. The one for $129.00 does not have a battery or a warranty. I pointed out that their web site showed a camera with model number pertaining to the American camera offered at $129.00 they refused to accept their fraudulant actions and began passing me from one to the other in their call centre. Eventually becuase I refused to authorize additional money and wanted what they had advertised they cancelled the order and told me to take my business else where. That is no way to treat customers and it is no way to advertise This has been reorted to the attorney Generals office in New York along with hundeerds of othe complaints about this company and also other registered companys owned by these people."
