"When I placed order I thought my order will be shipped within a week. However, it took more than three weeks and calling numerous time speaking to different customer representative. I should have received a free DVD player with order and still not yet received. "

I declined receipt, but I know I'll be charged the outrageous shipping charges -- based upon other reviews. These people are cheats! Google them before buying! I recieved 2 emails telling me to call about my order.
I recieved a phone call from them trying to sell me more stuff (hard sell). When I said no, he said enjoy your camera.
Then I recieved another emial so I called to find out what was going on and was told that the Canon xti that I bought was a "Japanese" camera and that they were out of them. He tried to sell me a "US" version at about $100 more. I asked when they would get the cheaper version in, his reply was never.
I canceled the order. Both phone conversations were bordering on rude. I will be watching by credit card very closely. I don't trust them and suggest everyone stay away from these folks."
"There has been no issue with the merchandise itself, however once the camera arrived, the promotional items did not follow. I was told initially that it would be 4-6 weeks to assure I did not return the camera, but after 3 months I had received nothing. I did not recognize the previous message as coming from fotoconnection and it turned out that there was a $9.99 s&h charge for the "free" items. I did not see any notification of that in the original order, and find it somewhat peculiar. In any event, they agreed to send the items without further charge, and I am now satisfied that they met their obligation as long as the items actually arrive."

"It is a worst experience with this site. Order EOS 40D from them then received email confirm with no detailed of order. Next day they call me back and toll me camera come with store warranty not Manufacturer warranty. And I have to pay more to get U.S manufacturer warranty and battery last only 15min and I have to pay more to get 2 hrs battery and so on. I toll them no I just need whatever I ordered on the web site says. Then they said it would be shipped. Two weeks later, call them again to check out order status. They said order canceled without a reason then hand up. They customer service people are so mean and waited too long to get someone answer the phone then get transfer….Do not buy from them…period. They did not charge my credit card…but I still keep an eye on credit card charge…..and tell my credit card company about it."
"Everything was fine until i got a call from the merchant for upgrades, ended up costing me couple hundred dollars more for the upgrade package. I called back to clarify these extra items, the first sales person said that if i didn't upgrade, the lens and the battery would have been of lower quality and so i'm supposed to have got a better lens and a five hour battery instead of a fifteen minute original. I checked with the Nikon web site and these items are already come standard and included with the camera. Also the upgrade included a quick battery charger, again this is supposed to be included in the original with out the upgrade. So far it has been a flat out LIE. The only thing was the upgrade from a 1 gig card to the 2gig card, but i'm paying for it anyway! The items are supposed to be factory sealed and they were not. Price is good from this site, but you do have to question their policy on upgrades. The shipping was quick but again i did pay 16.95 for it and the box was slightly compressed. The second sales person Alex was more helpful and is going to mail me another battery, so he says."

"Store sent items ordered in time. They offered helpful suggestion to update battery and memory card. Follow up on order was great. They have nt et shipped the promotional kit but it is on its way.

As I shopped for this camera, this store offered " free starter kit claimed
at $89.99 value.
This item/s were not shipped with the camera. When I complained about it,
the rep said, she woudl send me link to provide positive feedback on their
store and then they would waive $9.99 shipping charge on this kit, which
should have been shipped with the original order. If they "had to back
order it they should have shipped with without cos tin the first place.
Original camera was shipped, new but did not have the plastic protective
film on the lcd screen, it was not packed in the factory box. Ther person,
confirming my order tried to sell another battery since the original battery
would only last 15 minutes. I declined telling him that, the SONY spec calls
for 340 pictures. I let him know that I did not want this camera and to
cancel the order unless the original Sony Battery would be shipped. It was!
I will NEVER buy form this store again.
If you choose to bbuy, make sure you print the screen shot of any
promotional offers they make and also know your product.

"The most horrible experience I have EVER come accross. They are 100 percent fraud, cheaters, and any other bad word you can think of. If you want to risk purchasing anything from them, do it with a credit card this way you can dispute it if anything, that's what I did and with no question did my credit card company pay me back. I have opened a law suit with them, and will be suing them for multiple frauds."
