"Watch out for these crooks,I've been robbed hand held hostage for weeks.
If you guys don't want any problems or lose money,you better stay away from this store otherwise you might end up losing money or keep the junk .
Here is how.I order a new camera( CASIO exillim-1000).It's should be BRAND NEW according to their website,but they sent me a used one in the bubble bag instead of original box (factury sealed).Icalled them up as soon as i got it.
But the idiot whom i talked to did not know what is brand new or used one.So i decided to return the camera and he told me i would lose 15% for re stocking plus shipping and handling or keep it and give me 5 years extended warranty for free.I did not agree but i returned the camera any way.
I waited for a month to get a refund after 3 phone calls three weeks in a row.
After i got A REFUND $165.75 out of $207.99,i wrote a review and then i got a surprise phone call from another idiot her named rachel who promised to refund the rest of my money if i erase the review or change to better rate,but i never got it because she kept playing game until i have enough and said you keep the money i write the review.
So better stay away from these crooks.either way after you confirm your order you might end up losing money or keep the the junk whatever they send you.
They know how to make money and ripp off professonally.
STAY away as far as you can.I don;t you to be a next victim after me.

"I placed an order for Fujifilm F31fd digital camera 15 days ago. I received an email the next day saying to call back to confirm the order. I called, and the guy was very pushy trying to sell me a xD card Type H. The card price was inflated ($100 vs. a normal $50 price) but they give me a free card reader and upgrade to 4-6 days shipping. I gave in like a stupid. Then I changed my mind and decided to call back to cancel the card order. I was unable to get through after 5 or 6 attempts - I was getting connected but my call went into the void: just static. I went to my office and tried again 1 hour later. I immediately get through, but several people put me on hold for more than 20 minutes, repeatedly saying "let me get your order". I explain what I want and they say that the package is already out the door. At that point I understand I am victim of a scam. Just to confirm my feeling, I tried to call back during the day from the same number. I never got through anymore. Mmmh, I wonder why.
After 15 days I receive the package, shipped GROUND of course. Inside the package there's a F40fd and a (slow) Type M card. I didn't order any of this.
The thing is that I have no proofs I ordered the F31fd. They never sent me any. I never received an email confirmation with the details of my order. These people are professional scammers.
I don't know what to do. At least I can warn other people. If you don't believe me, search the internet: it's full of people being scammed by fotoconnection.com.

My recommendation to people who have problem with this seller - try dispute Credit Card charges with you bank and send products back to the seller. Remember you have only 48 hours according fotoconnection web site...
