"It is a worst experience with this site. What was promised is not what is being delivered. I was told if buy two cameras in one order they will shipt two free promotional items and now it is a different story.

This is a Scam Company! They offer OK prices, but they will call you and trick you into spending more money on the product. They called me and tried to trick me to spend money on the accessories that's already in the box!!
So, I will not recommend this company; actually I will recommend “NOT to buy any products from this website”.
When I receive my email telling my camera was shipping (I paid for 2 day air) it said “Ground” it also said they were shipping a L73 Camera, I ordered a L60 camera, because my son wanted a flat camera. I call them and got no response, so I wrote them this email.

I ordered this camera (L60) and paid for 2 day shipping. According to this UPS tracking info, it show shipping by Ground and will not be here until the 10th. When I called you I told you that I needed this for my Son by this coming Saturday the 7th because of a trip he is taking. If this is the case, I will be returning this camera and buy else where.
On the attachment is show 2 day express. Also, it is showing a different Camera a L73 and not what I ordered which was a L60, can you explain this?

So I called and told the person everything and basically was told it’s in the shipping process and they couldn’t do anything about it. I asked about the camera being different, they said just look at it when you get it and if you still don’t want it, they could return it. And them was kindly hang-up on, because they couldn’t do anything more.
After a week long vacation I get back and had to leave for work for the week and didn’t look at the camera until the 21st of July. I then day the invoice for $204.98 and my check out total was:
Camera $135.00 (for a L60)
Shipping $19.99 (for 2day Air)
Total $154.99
So what was up with the extra charge, I was told when I called that they upgraded me to a much better camera and with a better long lasting battery and a wall charger. I told him that I was looking at the box and the battery and wall charger was listed as part of the camera and that was the correct model number on the battery listed on this box.
He said I could return it and they would refund my only $147.99 and that I could keep the free tri-pod, case, and cleaning cloth. I said WHAT! You sent to me the wrong camera and you want to only refund me $147.99? He said this was the best he could do seeing that I was calling over there 10day return policy. I said that’s because you shipped it ground and I wasn’t home to get it a look at it.
I filled with the bank and well see what happens. I keep you all posted.
In short – BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRIAD of this Web Seller, you will regret it!!

I was hung up on almost every time and transferred from employee to employee. They used profanity towards me for no reason when asking simple questions to ensure I wasnt being scammed. Then they had the balls to call me and attempt to sell me extra equipment that I didnt need and wouldn't give up the attempted sale until i hung up myself. "This is one of those "hard sell" stores. They have a mountain of negative criticism. I will say it eventually worked out, I got an excellent deal, lowest price around, and some extras. But it is not easy dealing with these guys. They hold up your order until you confirm it. The obvious purpose of "confirmation," which they more or less admitted, is to have a chance to talk you into buying other things. Some of the reviews I have read here accuse them of much sharper practices, but as unpleasant as these folks are, I have to admit they came through and I got an excellent deal, new product, no problems, with warranty and all manufacturer included accessories--not to mention a few extras that were a free enticement.
MODIFICATION: On October12,2007, they called me and said that if I posted a positive review for them here, they would refund the $9.99 shipping charge. I told them that it was unethical to buy reviews.

This morning I get 3 e-mails stating there is a problem with my order and I need to call and confirm. At this point, I knew the bait/switch game was on.
I call them up, ask what the problem was: "Sir, did you know you ordered the overseas model?" I just told "Joey" to stop. I didn't order the overseas model and he needed to cancel the order. "But, I can get you the U.S. edition for only $850 and I'll throw in a 1 gig card."
