THEY DIDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE FOR DAYS AND WHEN I SAID I HAD TRIED TO CALL, THEY SAID THEY WERE OPEN, THAT I WAS LYING. I JUST WANTED TO FORGET THIS EXPERIENCE, BUT I GET A CALL 1.5 YEARS LATER AND THEY WANT ME TO LEAVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK. FOR MY POSITIVE FEEDBACK, THEY WILL GIVE ME A DVD PLAYER WORTH $150.00. THIS GUY SAID THEY WERE UNDER NEW MANAGMENT AND WANTED TO TURN AROUND THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK THEY HAVE RIGHTFULLY RECEIVED. THEY GAVE ME THE WORST TIME I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED WHEN BUYING A PRODUCT. NOW THEY WANT TO THROW ME A BONE ($15 COBY DVD PLAYER TO CHANGE MY NEGATIVE OR GIVE A NEW POSITIVE FEEDBACK). WELL, THEY SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT THAT WHEN THEY WERE LYING, CHEATING, SWITCHING AND BAITING, BEING OBNOXIOUS AND EVIL. THAT IS RIGHT, THEY ACTED DOWNRIGHT EVIL, THEY DON'T CARE FOR ANYONE BUT THEMSELVES. I CAN NOT PERCIEVE HOW THEY CAN EVEN THINK THIS IS A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. WHEN I READ RECENT FEEDBACK, THE ONLY POSITIVE FEEDBACK IS PROBABLY THE PEOPLE THAT TOOK THE DVD PLAYER TO TRY AND RECOOP A FEW OF THE DOLLARS THEY LOST TO THIS UNSCRUPOLOUS COMPANY. I WILL NEVER, NEVER, EVER, THINK OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I COULD HEAR THEM LAUGHING IN THE BACKGROUND A FEW TIMES WHEN I WAS TRYING TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEMS. IT IS A GAME TO THEM!! "This company does not deserve your business! What they advertise on their website is not what you get. I bought from them a Fujifilm finepix S9100. They list it in their website a Fujifilm finepix S9100 for $359.00 with a year US warranty. The confirmation of purchase e-mail does not contain the total or the item description, just a transaction number. On their website the transaction number does not list any info about the transaction either. Therefore I call them up to double check that everything was OK and that I ordered the correct item. I spoke with Ed. He said that the web site information was incorrect, that if I wanted the US version of the camera I needed to pay $40.00 more. The benefit of the US version is the warranty is US. I went ahead and agreed. Later I learned that the international version has a different number S9600, therefore they are doing false advertisement on their website. More over the warranty they sent is not from Fuji, but from RepairTech. They claim the camera is new, but I doubt it. It came with a Nikon strap, no lens hood, wrong CDs. All of those items are included in the standard package when you buy an S9100. I spoke with customer service, Rachel. She said they never have manufacturer warranty, they do not have a fuji strap. "

The advertise a product at a low price, with a "USA" warranty, but neglect to tell you that they're selling you an 'import' model without a manufacturers warranty, and with all the genuine manufacturer pieces removed. Instead, they will use pushy sales people to up-sell you the genuine accessories (batteries, chargers) that came in the box to begin with. You can do better by finding the real product discounted by honest sites."

"I am not at all satisfatied with service. I bought a D80 camera. On web it was stated 979 with some items free. Once I placed the order, they mailed me to confirm the order. When I called they told that they will get me only plastic lens with the camera for that price which is simply sutpidity. They told that they cannot give it for less than 1149. Once I confirmed the order(becuase i was desperate to get the camera they sent me that. I did not get the free items when I got the original package. Again when I raised a ticket Leo from customer service called me and asked that he send the free items only if i give a good rating to Fotoconnecton and write "Leo was helpful". This is really unacceptable when a customer is not satisfied and still bound to give a good rating. For the sake of the other customer ,I am changing my review since I got my free items. :)"
