"I had a number of phone interactions with different customer service representatives with Fotoconnection that left me with completely different impressions of the company. One particular representative who seemed bothered that I had called was pushy and rude and at one point threatening when I tried to cancel my order based on his demeanor towards me. On another day, I had an interaction with a representative who was exceedingly courteous, pleasant and customer oriented. Truthfully, I did not know what to expect when my order arrived, but was very pleased to find out that everything arrived as ordered and undamaged in transit. If you can get past the attitude of some Fotoconnection phone answering staff, they seem to deliver on what they commit to. I would order from them again."

"This company made me so angry that I decided to just cancel my order and get my camera from a different website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF! I also got the run around about upgrading to a better battery and the USA model. My parents had just bought the exact same camera earlier this summer and got the original factory battery and USA warranty. I wanted to try to save a few dollars and get the free case, tripod, ect. A day later came the call from Ed. After 20 minutes of haggling I agreed to $250 ($30 over the original price) plus what I thought was free shipping. A few days later I got an e-mail saying that there was a problem with my credit card. I called again. Customer service was terrible!!! One lady actually answered the phone "Your credit card number?". Not Hello, no please, just a very rude, annoyed tone. When I asked to confirm the total, it was $262! For that price I could have order from any number of companies and already had my camera! I talked to Ed again who was also quite rude and talking down to me (ok, that's fine, honey, you just do what you want). I told him to cancel my order. I refuse to give my business to a place that runs a scam and treats me rudely on top of it."

"I was very happy with the on-line purchasing experience at fotoconnection. The price was very competative. There was timely emails from them on updates to the purchase and delivery. The TV delivery was very professional. They were very careful with the TV and our house during the moving process. The remainder of the order was sent UPS. Ups did loose that order and fotoconnection quickly reacted to that and resent the items via 2nd day air. The entire experience was excellent."

They called me and tried to trick me to spend money on the accessories that's already in the box!! Then, when I asked to cancel the order, they wouldn't let me and said it's already in the system. And, they WILL NOT send you the extra accessories that they promised on their website when you buy their product. So, will not recommand this company, actually will recommand NOT to buy products from this website. "
"I ordered a camera and then received an email telling me that I needed to call to verify my order. When I called, they told me that the battery that came with the camera would only hold a charge for 15 minutes and that I needed to purchase a $40 battery with the camera. I had done a lot of research on this camera and knew that either they had downgraded the factory battery or I was being directly lied to. I canceled the order and the customer service representative told me, "When you find out you've made a mistake, give me a call back." I have not called back and am quite confident that I did not make a mistake. I have never had a buying experience this poor. "

"Beware buyer!! Horrible Experience. This is a low budget, internet scam store. Beare when the store asks you to contact a sales person to confirm your purchase. Simply, this is the stores attempt to con you into purchasing extended warranties and items you do not need. Customer service is a joke, you can only cancel by talking to the sales person that sent you the e-mail. I've contacted my bank to alert them to this fradulent company. Since they hung up on me I'm assuming nothing but more problems."
