"I would not use this place if it were the last one on earth. I ordered a camera bag that was "in stock". 8 days later I inquire about the shipping date. I get a response saying they were on back order, but the case would ship in a couple of days. Later that day I get an e-mail saying the item was over-sold and that they were cancelling my order. After about 10 e-mails (web submissions) back and forth they never once said sorry and continuously said I cancelled the order, even after I sent them the e-mail they sent to me. They are rude and do not care about the customer. Their customer service is worse that their inventory process. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!"

I placed the order and decided to call to confirm the customer service guy was rude and could careless about the order told me it was discontinued. This is Sony's brand new TV just released. "HORRIBLE customer service. I placed an order in march. Called back 3 weeks later to see if it had shipped yet. They assured me it would ship on the following monday. 3 weeks later, still nothing... I then checked the wesite to find that the order had been cancelled with no phone or email confirmation. I would never even consider buying from them again.
BTW, their online customer service is a waste of time.

"STAY AWAY from this place. The price they offer on their site is subject to change when you get your invoice. My first invoice showed the website price. My second invoice changed---it was $150 more! Then, in the fine print it says "you will receive your final statement
(receipt) with the arrival of your package. Some prices may be after mail in rebates". I guess that could mean the final statement amount could be even more again!?
Also they want to sell you accessories you don't need, extended warranty, etc...and when you say no...the next email you get from them shows an
invoice with a higher price. They couldn't even process my order in a week's time. Lucky for me on that note, since it gave me time to call my credit card company to cancel my credit card and have new card issued so they couldn't bill me for $150 more (or some unknown amount more) than the original offer and web-price. What a scam! I also understand that Inoax.com is same as Fotoconnection.com. AVOID these sites!!!"
"Online purchase of home theater in a box with credit card. I got an email that there was a problem, that the order was on hold and that I should call customer service. Called several times over several days. Just got put on hold. Nobody ever picked up. Emailed again. Same response, same result. Finally cancelled by email. Was told I could only cancel by phone. "order was not processed for several weeks in spite of the fact that e-mails were received confirming order. When processed, finally, it was rejected due to my card not being approved. That was my fault since I transferred money into the wrong account. Thinking that was the end of the transaction several weeks passed. "First, they complimented me on my purchase, which is nice, but odd. Then they said I NEEDED to buy an expensive battery pack for the device, which having used the exact device in question, I knew I neither wanted nor needed. After I spent several minutes trying to convince them that I didn't need the battery pack, they informed me that my item was out of stock when it was clearly indicated on their web site that it was in stock at that very moment. They then said that they had a few in stock, but the item would cost more for no apparent reason. They would not sell the item for the price I agreed to online. They were asking $100 more on the phone. The customer service representative acted belligerent about the price difference. When I asked them why they couldn't fulfill the order for the price we agreed to online through the initiation of a web order, they hung up on me. I feel I expressed no malice and kept a calm, level and non-accusatory voice. I called their customer service representative, Joey, at ***-***-**** Ext. 260 and it seemed as if he were avoiding my phone calls (I tried ringing the extension about 4 times in the course of 10 minutes). Eventually, I tried the operator at Ext. 0 who said they couldn't place my order. I then let them know that I felt their business was acting in what I believed to be a lawful, but highly unethical manner. I feel awful that they have my credit card information. Lesson learned. Stay away from fotoconnection.
