"I purchased a television from this company in December 2005. A 32" LCD Sony Bravia television. It arrived 10 days later in a box that was "beaten up", poorly packaged and it had a large crack in the right hand corner. I paid $159.00 shipping charges. When I notified the seller they told me they do not return televisions. The disclaimer states this, but there is contradictory information in the transaction papers that says damaged merchandise will be returned. $1777.00 dollars later I am disputing this with my credit card company, but I believe this merchandise may have been shipped to me with the crack in it already. Sure, why not buy televisions that have fallen off the back of a truck and resell it and just put a disclaimer on it that you will not return it! You put the money in your pocket and laugh all the way to the bank, right?? I will probably never trust buying anything of value off the internet again. I strongly advise against purchasing any item from this website."

"DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE... This was the worst online experience I have ever had. If they are talking they are lying. Thank God I got my ordered cancelled. I ordered on the 18th, paid $79.95 for next day air and still today (20th) it had not shipped. Turns out it is not in stock, even though the web site said it was. What a rip-off."

"I DO NOT recommend this company. They shipped me a defective CD player and refuse to pay for the shipping to ship it back to them. They want me to fork out MORE money on a brand new CD player I purchased from them that doesn't even work. They do NOT stand behind their products. Basically, whatever they ship the buyer is the buyer's problem. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!

"Horrible experience. I bought a camcorder on 11/21/05 for phone, with fast shipping, after called every 3 day and received the same answers:- the camera is delivered, will send you a tracking number (never received),after 21 days (12/12/05),I received the Email: incorrect credit card number. How was this possible if I sended a color front/back copy of credit card to they????"

"This is by far the worst experience I had with these SCAMS. I ordered a Canon A620, the told me that they would ship it next day. For two weeks they were lying to me EVERY DAY that they shipped it but couldn't give me tracking number, that they would ship it, and bla bla bla.
UNBELIEVABLE LIES. They even charged me for extra shipping at the end in order to send it faster. When I finally cancelled my order, I had to beg the to get my credit (although they state that the only charge when the ship). On top of that they gave a partially credit and they kept lying that I had to check with my credit card to find out that they gave my full credit card. My credit card took over this SCAMS and finally received my full credit.
STAY AWAY...THESE ARE BY FAR THE WORST SCAMS EVER.

"Absolutely worst business I have dealt with!! STAY CLEAR. I ordered a computer monitor online - they initially told me it was in stock, and after 2 weeks (which is when I was told I'd get it) I called as I didn't hear anything and couldn't confirm my order online only for them to tell me they would cancel my order as they don't have that monitor."

"Unlike others, my experience was reasonably good. I ordered a Yamaha MCRe600 mini-system through their website at a great price and received it with no problems. The only snag was that I accidentally ordered twice and had to call in to cancel the second order since its not possible to do so on through the website. It was a Sunday, and I was on hold for nearly an hour before I was able to speak with someone to correct the problem."

"I called to verify Canon Powershot S70 in stock. They said they had 5. I placed my order. They called next day to upsell S&H charge from $14.95 to add an additional $14.95 for insurance. I told them for $14.95 you better be able to insure it. They said they would ship anyway. 6 days pass no tracking information. I called to check and now they apparently don't have any. They said they are backordered. Web site says they are in stock and another call with different agent says they have them in stock. This is a poor way to do business, with low price, upsell for bogus charges, unsure of actual inventory. Poor communication. They should have emailed to say they weren't going to ship. I would still be waiting if I didn't check."

"STAY AWAY FROM THESE JERKS. They had a spectacular price on a Sony RCD-W500C 5 CD + 1 CD-R/CD-RW Changer/Recorder, so my company placed the order online. Their website clearly lists the item in stock, and under their policy they claim to cover defects for 30 days. Their shipping was outrageous - $40. A few days later, we get a phone call from the guy, and he's wanting to raise the price of the burner, AND raise the shipping price. When we refused and said he should stick to the original purchase agreement, he got an attitude - became very rude, and threatened that there would be no warranty of any kind on the item. They're not running a business, it's a scam!"

I tried to buy a Nikon 8700 camera and they said they will never ship it out unless I pay $70 more. I accepted that considering that it's still ok price. Several minutes later I decide to cancel it since I can not persuade myself that I should trust this store. Then they began to lie:

"Fraud Alert: FotoConnection (Inoax) (1stopcamera). This company lied about having item in stock, lied about the shipment date, lied and charged my credit card four days before supposed shipment, then lied about UPS "loosing" the LCD TV I ordered. Finally I sent them a cancellation fax - twice, and notified my credit card company to charge back FotoConnection for the cancelled merchandise. Never do business with this company. They have an overwhelming record of non delivery, deciet, and horrible customer service."

"Confirmed product in stock, confirmed shipment via DHL and then never released product to carrier. This did not stop them from charging my credit card $1699 on 10/3 and continue to insist that product was delivered. They have not responded to the 5 phone calls (promised to call back) or 2 emails (just no response). I have had mostly good experiences with on line ordering. This experience sets a new low bar record that I hope will never be broken. Simply awful. "

"I couldn't make a purchase, though I did place an order. Yesterday they guarenteed that I'd have the equipment by Friday. Today they haven't even shipped it. I called and now they say I can't have it by Friday. This was after they pulled the $50 US Warranty crap (see other review) and tried to charge me more than was on their web site for 3 day shipping. I WILL NEVER USE THESE CLOWNS AGAIN.... I'm just glad I was able cancel. HOWEVER, they promised me an email confirmation of the cancellation and that has not come either."
