"FIRST and LAST order with Fragrance net. I ordered Fracas 3.4 oz. only discounted by $20. Bottle has no smell whatsoever except of alcohol! Compared to my old bottle and all looks the same but the bottom of new bottle from Fragrance Net has a sticker of Fashion Fragrance & Cosmetic Company (distributor in US?) with a 2 year old address zipcode. I called up Fashion Fragrance and they said they moved 2 years ago and the bottle may be counterfeit. I am sending it to them to determine if it is fake and/or just EXTREMEMLY old!
Fragrance Net told me they sometimes get "bad batches"!!??? Fashion & Fragrance said they could be seliing older returned bottles as well as counterfeit and to never buy perfume online unless from brick and mortar store. Buyer Beware. :("

My first purchase I waited forever and finally they contacted me and said it was out of stock and the second one I was waiting 16 days for it to be shipped when the website listing said 48 hours!!! So i just canceled the order... And they never even apologized!!!!

I have ordered some prfumes from them and i was waiting and waiting my order status was saing to be shipped in 24-48h. after 2 weeks they displayed the message that i should contact them because there is something wrong with my credit card so i have tried again now with paypal. I was waiting for my order to ship for a week and after that i received an email that was saying " We have received your request and your order has been cancelled. " WTF. I have called the customer care and that was very unpleasant experience. I was told 3 times that i did call and cancel my order that's it. they wouldn't hear that i have never dialed their number before and they hang up on me. "fragrancenet.com is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their CS are the worst. They make you wait for several days waiting for your shippment then they reply to you with such a silly excuses. Either they tell you we don't accept paypal payment or they ask you to fill extra information about your credit card. At the end, and after long waiting, they sent you nothing!

I was feeling nostalgic for scents I wore in highschool, so I bought some minis of Calvin Klein. They are all fake! I am glad I did not purchase full size bottles, would have been out a lot of money. Also bought a bottle of Elizabeth Arden Sunflowers and it is counterfeit as well. Lesson learned: just pay full price from a reputable source! Now, I am stuck with what smells like bug repellant made in China...

"I ordered a product that I was emailed was in stock. They took my money for 2 bottles, then a few days later emailed me that it was not in stock. A lady w customer service emailed me and said my card was refunded that day, and would post to my account in 5-7 days. It has been 2 weeks and still no refund and no one will email me back. I am trying to be patient what w the recent weather but am afraid I got scammed. Does someone have any successful advice as to how to go about getting my refund. I ordered perfume from this company b/c the product photo on their site displayed new packaging...I specifically didn't want to purchase from a company that was selling product in old packaging b/c scent changes as it ages. FragranceNet showed the NEW product on its site but sent OLD product instead. They're probably acting as a clearinghouse for all the outdated merchandise that Sephora and other retailers don't want on their shelves.
Unfortunately, FragranceNet has a lousy return policy - I'd have to pay return shipping plus 20% restocking - so I'm stuck with this lousy product. Lesson learned...I'll never order from them again."
"I ordered a small sampling of fragrances to test before making a purchase from FragranceNet. They do have a good selection so I wanted to test their service before purchasing something larger or on a more continuing basis.
A month had passed and I did not receive my package. I assumed that they shipped it properly and it just got lost in the mail or stolen...regardless it's something a business has to deal with no matter how small the purchase or business.
I called their support and immediately it was suggested that they couldn't know what happened and that I could just be lying or it could have been stolen but that it was definitely delivered. The back and forth on the phone with the customer support ruined whatever idea I had of the company.
Businesses have insurance, shippers pay insurance, shippers deal with inadequate shipping procedures. The FragranceNet customer support effectively refused to understand that myself as the customer was out the money and the product myself and I was seeking to resolve the problem on my end. They accused me of being part of the problem, and came dangerously close to accusing me of lying and stealing. "
"Like many of the other reviewers, my girlfriend, for whom I got Jo Malone for Christmas, was not pleased with the bottle I got her from Fragrancenet. She had been using this scent for years, and even gave me an empty bottle to get the right thing. I made the mistake of trying to save a few bucks (and I do mean few, as Fragrancenet's prices were only about 10% less than the store price) by getting it online, but she said it didn't smell right. To avoid further embarrassment, I recently had to go out to Neiman-Marcus and buy her another bottle. We compared the real stuff side by side with the Fragrancenet bottle on each arm, and we both agreed the Fragrancenet bottle was different and inferior. I tried to get Fragrancenet to take it back, but they refused, as it was more than 30 days after purchase. Well, I didn't find out from my girlfriend it was defective until more than 30 days after purchase. The girl on the phone was very indifferent and nonresponsive. I would definitely not shop here again, and would urge any other prospective customers not to do so either. Their discount is not that big, and their product is either not genuine or old stock."

I did order Juicy Couture and it smells amazing and normal (I say this because alot of the reviews mentioned that their fragrance smelled diffrent).. the only thing that was wrong was that the emblem on the front of the bottle was off.. so I just glued it back on and we are good to go!!
