I ordered through them and was surprised that the money left my bank account immediately. I thought this was a good sign as they aren't allowed to take money until they have shipped the goods.
No goods arrived. The Tracking Number they gave me was bogus. They then said they'd refunded my money. No such luck. It's been a month since they took my money and I am obviously struggling to get them to talk to me. Their local Police Dept is my next port of call."
"I ordered two perfumes on the 1st of February. Because I recently moved, I changed my address details in my order. Then I received an email asking to confirm the shipping address. I replied and confirmed the new address. Then I received another email asking to confirm the billing address. I also confirmed that. Then they sent another email saying my address is different than I provided. I told them that I recently moved, this is is my new address and it is same for both shipping and billing. I wrote my email with an angry tone as I was fed up with their emails. Then I waited for a week. I checked my order, it was still pending. I sent an email asking the status of the order, and I received the same email asking to confirm the address details. I confirmed my address yet again. Waited for another week, and it was still on hold. I finally sent another email to ask the status and if it is still pending I wrote them to cancel the order. Then I got a reply saying my order was cancelled. They deliberately put my order on hold for two weeks for no reason, and after two weeks they made me to cancel the order. I found their attitude so amateur and childish. I am now waiting for a refund. I will not buy anything from them again. I sent my feedback to them, but no any answer as expected."
"I ordered from Fragrancenet.com. My package came. Everything is fine. I got a phone call from my credit card company. Turns out someone got my CC numbers and used my card. This website is the ONLY site I have used to purchase something online other then using paypal. I'm convinced my CC got compromised using this site. Stay away!!"
"DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.I do not recommend anyone buying from this site. They use this shipping company called 'streamlite' and it takes forever to get your order. The tracking information is worthless, and the shipment has to go though USPS for final delivery to your home.Their customer service is horrible, I tried to contact them via phone and email to see if they could expedite deliver, they simply would not respond. Obviously they don't need my business, I never use them again. This is what happens, YOU LOOSE CUSTOMERS when you use sub standard shipper and don't believe in customer service."
"Do not order from this unethical company. On February 5, I ordered a skincare product and received an e-mail that it was in the warehouse and would be shipped. My credit card was billed immediately. On February 6, I was informed the item was out of stock and could not be back ordered, but that my account would be credited (not back to my credit card but to make a future purchase). I went to the web site and discovered the item is in stock--but at a much higher price than the one I ordered. I have made four attempts (two e-mail and two mornings via telephone on hold) to resolve this with them. I have been a customer for years and obviously they do not value my business or they would honor the terms of when I ordered this item, and if not that, at least credit the credit card account I used to order the product they are unwilling to ship to me. I will never do business with this company again. Their prices aren't that great anyway. You really do have to do your homework on the retail price because their prices are often higher than department stores. Mostly I've ordered Lancome products. "

I can not beleive how ripped off I feel, as what they sent me looks like the real thing, but the perfume only lasts for about one hour. The real perfume I normally buy from the dept store will last at least 5 hours. What they sent me was just perfumed water, dont waste your money stay away...."

"I received a cologne that I ordered from FragranceNet through the sears portal because I had some gift cards. Usually I do research on online and boy do I regret not doing that this time.
I received the cologne in a somewhat timely manner, wasn't quick nor was it weeks out. My complaint is the fact that the scent does not last as it did with the same one I got from Macy's some time ago.
Despite what seems to be an unlegit cologne, there customer service SUCKS! Took 4 people to find my order, finally after it was found I was just getting toyed with as EVERY PERSON was telling me something different. Finally I got someone who seemed like they were helpful and told me they would e-mail me a return shipping label and gave me a little relief. Yet the shipping label never game. I decided that I will take my loss and not waste anymore time with this issue.
I'd Stay away from FragranceNet and save yourself the hassle."
"I have ordered a parfume from that company but never received it. I contacted their support. They said they are going to refund just parfume, shipping is not refundable. The order was for ~$120 they refunded ~$90 and $30 they left for them selves. I tried to contact them again trying to find any mentioned on their website that shipping is not refundable. No mention of that, support ignoring my messages now.
Never buy from them. They are SCAM I'm going to file a dispute about them."
"TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRRIBLE! I ordered some perfume for my girlfriend's birthday. I paid via Paypal, but never received an order confirmation. I asked FragranceNet to verify that my product had shipped, but they claimed they had no record of my purchase. Where I come from, this would be either called a scam, or highly incompetent. I'm currently disputing the charges to my checking account."
"DON'T ORDER FROM FRAGRANCE.NET!!! Biggest problem is shipping and delivery time. They will print their shipping labels a few days after the order but then USPS tracking system shows that your package is stuck in a New Jersey sorting facility for a few weeks. It's been a month and I will be lucky to get the items by Christmas. NOT WORTH IT! Spend a few bucks more and buy from a reputable source."

"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! Their products are cheaper than retail, but that is because they're fake products that may actually damage your hair or skin. I ordered shampoo and conditioner that literally bleached the color from my dark brown hair.
