"I recently ordered Dolce Gabbana(red)from Fragrance.net. After using the perfume a couple of times, I noticed that the fragrance only lasts for about an hour. When I purchased this perfume from other retailers, the smell lasts the entire day!!! Definitely not worth the discount that they provide you with. You will be spending a lot more money, since the fragrance does not last as long. Terrible customer service!!!"

Even you write them, they never reply. they never get the problem fixed. As some pepole described in here, the worst customer support ever.
The tracking I ordered had been providing the same information, never been updated. I'm not sure where it is.

"I purchased a bottle of Creed's Green Irish Tweed from FragranceNet.com ($160) and what I received was Creed's Silver Mountain Water (white bottle) inside a Creed Green Irish Tweed box!
The box appears to have been previously opened/tampered and I'm only going to assume this was a previous customer return by a dishonest customer but regardless, they should not be sending me OPENED/RETURNED items when I paid for a NEW item.
I tried calling FragerenceNet during their business hours and I cannot get a hold of anyone which I'm assuming is due to Hurricane Sally. I'm only going to assume that it may take days or even weeks to get a response back from them due to the circumstances but this review is based on what they shipped me.
UPDATE:
After 3 weeks, I finally received the correct item. They told me it would take up to 2 weeks to process a return (per policy) which I was not too happy about. This was their mistake and I felt that they should have attempted to expedite the process. After several calls and emails, they finally shipped out my order via 2nd Day after a week of receiving my return.
Even though this experience was a complete headache, I have to admit their customer service is excellent. When I initially described the problem to them (very frustrated), I had the impression that they didn't believe me but they handled they situation professionally.
Will I return? I don't know. I'm still not too happy about receiving an opened/returned item when I paid for a new item. I did finally receive a new, genuine bottle of Creed cologne at 1/2 the price of what Nieman Marcus sells it for and their customer service promptly responded to all of my emails and phone calls."
"I have only two problems with only two orders with FragranceNet.
At the first order (24994573 - 04/05/2012) I bought 08 Loewe 7 EDT ( 1,7OZ), and at the second order (27607103 - 07/09/2012 )I bought 06 Loewe 7 EDT ( 3,4OZ).
These 14 LOEWE 7 EDT packages are without the characteristic scent, IE is just alcohol.
When we call back yesterday ( 10/10/2012) and ask to them for an explanation for the fact, the site simply reported that in order to have spent more than 90 days, nothing they could do. That is not a serious site.
Who buys a quantity of the same scent, at least have to be taken seriously.
I suggest you do not buy anything on this site for not having prejudice, and inform everyone who perhaps do not know

"OMG! I've never seen worse customer service than this store. They put my orders on hold and then canceled them. When I asked why they forwarded an email that I supposedly sent. The email was not even coming from my email address and did not even have the order number on it. She also hang up o me and pleasantly said "good bye!" I hate this stupid store! I've never been angrier in my life. I hope they go bankrupt.
