"Ordering was easy but I was surprised that they called me the next day to tell me it would take 72hrs for my order to ship even though i choose (and paid for) 2 day air shipping. They said that meant it would ship 2 days AFTER the 72hrs. So I paid for 2 day air and received item 6 days later. They would give me free shipping for this inconvenience (i asked). Additionally, i had to return the item and was surprised that they charged me a 20% RESTOCKING FEE!!! Who charges a restocking fee these days?!"

"Worst online shopping experience ever. I placed my order on 4/3/2012 11:10:48 AM and it still wasn’t shipped. Three e-mails to customer service wasn’t answered, they just take my money and now ignore me. Going to start Better Business Bureau complaint.
UPD: After this review things went much better and my problem was solved in a timely manner. I was offered FD’s apologies and my order was shipped. I thank Vicky and Craig for good assistance."

"They first sell you overnight shipping, then inform you that they mean "overnight" from the time THEY receive the product from their shipper, and that'll take a week--so you pay for overnight shipping that takes a week and a half. That isn't right.
Then--I got a voice mail message asking if the PO Box was the physical address, or the actual street address that I put in the address/shipping address place on their form. I thought that was pretty stupid and uncalled for, and added to the time the whole order took. Obviously a street address is the physical address and it just doesn't take a special phone call to figure that out. So THAT delayed the order as well.
And--apparently since I complained about both of these things--the frames came looking like they'd been sat on, and probably they had. I was very dissatisfied, but kept them and straightened them out the best I could. They'll be fine, but frames getting sat on is something that should happen AFTER you own them, not before.
In the end, at least one of their reps was kind enough to recognize that the "overnight shipping" was indeed a dissatisfying experience just waiting to happen--as this happens to them a LOT , according to him--but at least he credited me back the entire cost of shipping.
All in all, it took a week and a half to get them--and they came smashed, but fixable--and I think they are not particularly honest in their method of making money (shipping costs). And the product was damaged when I got it, but I fixed it myself. After all that hassle, who wanted to deal with them again???
