I was fairly frustrated with the fact that it took more than 2 weeks before I received the glasses and I had paid extra for 2 day shipping. To the credit of FramesDirect I received a phone call after placing the order, notifying me that the sunglasses had to be fabricated at the factory and could take up to 10 days. And also to their credit, just about the time I was really wondering where my glasses were at, I got another call notifying me that the first set of sunglasses had a scratch on them and had to be sent back.
