"I purchased a plan yesterday and had issues logging into my account. I contacted support and they told me to wait, which did not solve my problem. Today I chatted with Nikki and she was very helpful and quickly solved my problem. I chatted with someone else yesterday and they were not quite as helpful as Nikki was today, and they were unable to solve my issue. Nikki was super knowledgeable, quickly noticed the problem (a typo on my end) and solved my log in issue fast, she should definitely be training other people. Thanks Nikki! "
