"Couldn't believe the service i received from Agent named IVY she took so much time with me and really cared about what i was looking for... she literally went and found all the meals that had under a certain amount (of an ingredient) i was looking for... she was awesome!!!"

Thanks for Jess on chat customer service for helping me add specific delivery instructions so that future deliveries will be at front door

"Today's delivery was left beside a busy road at end of my driveway. I chat with Jess who fixed my delivery instructions so future deliveries come to my front door and ring bell. I wait at home for deliveries and instructed LaserShip to text me when delivery is made. They did that so I was able to retrieve my product quickly before it would be taken by someone.

Appreciate Jess kind and patient help. She did a great job and made me feel a lot better.
