"Jess was fantastic and solved my problem in a flash. I forgot to cancel and order as I was going out of town and she did so promptly and refunded my payment for that week. Very good work and know that it was greatly appreciated!"

Excellent Customer Service

"I signed on for weekly delivery from Freshly and decided to cancel pretty quickly for various reasons not related to their service. What surprised me was how easy it was to cancel my membership without a big sales pitch. Ally, the representative I spoke with made it easy, issued a refund for an upcoming order and simply stated how I could re enroll down the road if a chose to. Their website makes it easy to manage your subscription. I must say the food comes extremely fresh and well packaged. Would absolutely recommend to someone looking for a meal delivery service!"

"Nikki helped me figure out how to change my meal options since I didn’t have a chance to update prior to the deadline. I also requested that the app issues a reminder to select meals, otherwise it’s very difficult to remember to select meals and I end up canceling several orders "

"I reached out to customer service to cancel my subscription & request a refund for an unwanted charge — Louis responded to my email within 30 minutes and not only resolved my issue with a clear summary, but included resources that'd help me if I were to reconsider in a very cordial and non-obtrusive manner. Changing Meals with Freshly

"I chatted with Jess today regarding changing my meals that I ordered with Freshly. He/She was easy to work with and gave me all the options that I could choose to change my meals in time before delivery. I was very grateful to be able to do this because no one wants to feel like they are paying for meals that they didn't choose or may not like. I can definitely say that this one of the big things that keeps me using the Freshly service from the start and continue to use even today!"

To-The-Point Customer Service!

"As a first-time customer, something I always dread about online chatting with customer support, is the fact the agent always comes off as trying to sell you something. They are often more concerned with selling you an item or a subscription than they are about answering your questions.

But with Freshly's online customer support, all my questions were answered in great detail! My agent Gen was great. They were quick and to the point with answers, and not once did I feel like I had to buy something just to end the conversation. Once my questions were answered, they asked if there was anything else I needed help with, and that's it! No pressure, no guilt tripping, and certainly no aggressive selling.

This is how customer service should ALWAYS be!

Nikki was super responsive and helpful!

"Just came back to using Freshly and had a promo code that only worked for 6 meals a week (I'm a 10 meal a week subscriber). Nikki was super quick and to the point in getting me set up with a code that would work with my delivery quantity and swapped them out. It was super stress-free and some great customer service."
