"Ordered 3 items on a Wednesday morning for 2 day delivery. Received a call 2 hours later verifying address and if I wanted 2 day delivery. Told them I did. They said It would get out and I would receive confirmation. Did not receive confirmation until Thursday night. It said items would arrive in 2 days. Did not receive items on Saturday. Called Customer Service, was given a runaround story that they had to wait to verify credit card from an office in California. Checked with credit card company and saw it was already charge. A bold face LIE. Was told it was shipping from Southeast U.S. and probably didn't get out in time. Since it was weekend, probably would not get picked up for shipping. I asked why am I still being charged for 2 day delivery then. Was told they couldn't adjust that. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Was not allowed to, was told supervisor would say same thing. Suggested I call after delivery is made. Delivery was not until Tuesday because Monday was a Holiday. Over the years have spent Thousands of Dollars at Fry's. Will NO longer shop there. They are running nothing but a scam and fraud to cheat customers out of money. "

"Had to order this item 3 or 4 times before the order finally went through. Item was on clearance but Fry's ended up sending an open box item to me. This item should have been priced lower than the clearance price for a new item, but wasn't. Also, item arrived and was not reset back to factory specs, so I had to figure out how to do that and get it paired to my home network. I ended up purchasing another Apple Homewood from an eBay seller and the eBay seller had the sense to reset the device for easy start-up.
I think I should get some type of refund from Fry's, but doubt they could execute that, given the numerous problems they had executing the order. I've previously had great experiences with Fry's, but they "dropped the ball" big-time on this one."
"I ordered two items from Fry's, the next day I got a call from their Austin TX store telling me that one of my items was not in stock but not to worry, I would get notice that the order was cancelled but to ignore that, it wasn't 'really' cancelled they were just going to ask another store to fulfill the order. A week passed and there were no updates, I called and asked the status and was told it was cancelled. I explained the discussion I had with the Texas store and they acted like I was just plain crazy.
