"Fry's had an email promotion on an SSD I was interested in but the website wouldn't recognize the code. Fry's phone support had me purchase it at normal price but instructed the warehouse to adjust what was charged before shipping. So 5 stars for handling the mistake minus 1 star for making the original mistake.
This kind of problem doesn't happen often but the usual response is to tell you better luck next time after first accusing you of misunderstanding or doing something wrong. So Kudos for taking the effort to address the problem on a customer by customer basis."
"Order system is not centralized so to order 3 items had to place 3 orders with 3 different stores. 1 order shipped, 1 cancelled days later because they damaged the item prior to shipment, the third order they arbitrarily canceled because my billing and shipping address were different. I love Fry’s and regret we are now spending a great deal of time in an area without a Fry’s. The beauty of the internet is that we should still be able to shop at Fry’s - nope... not with any confidence! For a tech company their online experience is horrible- I’ve recommended people check out Fry’s online countless times in the past- but never again!"

The package required a signature so not knowing when it would show was a huge inconvenience. To handle this issue I finally got through to customer service after three phone calls where they never picked up and I got disconnected "

This was after sending in multiple pics of the undamaged packing, box and images of the broken spring loaded bay door. "
